We had a great experience booking through Japan Ski Experience. They had great advice, we specifically worked with Duncan to book our first trip to Niseko and everything worked out perfectly. We also booked our rental car with them which was so much easier then trying to do it ourselves. I would definitely recommend them and would use their booking services again.

Thao went above and beyond to make our Japan holiday simply wonderful! From the start, she understood our requirements and present practical options. She had great recommendations for restaurants and getting around, and made the whole experience fantastic!

We loved the Maples hotel, it was as advertised ski in ski out an in the center of it all. It snowed every day!
The folks at Japan ski experience were very responsive and helpful. It made my booking experience less stressful. I would suggest always leaving an hour before they recommended departure time if flying out the same day..snow, accidents and lines at the airport made us miss our flights out two years in a row.

I have utilized Japan Ski Experience twice now for our snowboarding trips, and both times I was impressed at the immaculate service I received. They were able to take away the stress of planning- all I had to was show up at the airport. My husband and I are planning on using them again next year when we head back to Niseko.

From arriving at Sapporo airport to a easy transfer on a comfy coach to resort, until t he end return coach journey back, it was the most luxurious and organised trip I've ever experienced. The connections between coach and shuttle were seamless. Staff and accommodation blew my mind, they were polite, efficient and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Ski lessons, equipment hire and passes, were organised and we hardly had to lift a finger. The hotel was amazing. The onsen was fabulous after a day in the snow and to lossen up a tired body the following morning before starting again! Food was delicious ans varied something for everyone. From start to finish the best organised trip I've ever had the pleasure of going on.

I was very fortunate to have found Japan Ski Experience last year when I was researching for our trip to Hokkaido to ski. They were amazing to work with. They were always quick to respond to my questions and offered valuable information. We booked hotel, skis, clothing and round-trip transfers from CTS to our hotel. We chose to stay in a one-bedroom apartment at the Chatrium. Wow what a great hotel and location. The transfers were all on time and excellent service. The skis and clothing were all in great shape. I have already recommended their service to friends and will use them again when we go back to Japan to ski.
