I purchased a Jaison EB5 Roamer E-bike as a second bike for when friends and family visit. What a great value this bike has been. I keep one bike at home and one bike in my downtown office. I love this bike for quick trips around town to avoid the traffic conjestion and parking hassles of driving. What realy impresses me in the 5 speed levels for powerless driving, good use of throttle management!

A little background to help understand my perspective; I've been a 12 speed bike rider for over 50 years, just recently moved miles away from my favorite park, and decided that an ebike would make the uphill trips back to my park easier. I shopped around, read reviews, liked what I saw regarding the Jasion EB5 Roamer--especially the affordable price--and bought it about 3 months ago. The PROS: it was relatively easy to assemble, charged up within hours, and it did make my first (and only, so far) trip back to my park effortless going up the hills and inclines. The CONS: 1. contrary to the image of people just jumping on the bike and taking off, it actually takes a great deal of adjusting; you have to remember that once you turn it on, it automatically goes to PAS1 (pedal assist) and so the slightest movement of the pedal will send the bike surging ahead--with or without you! It happened to me once, in my first week of ownership--and I know I did NOT touch the throttle. Yet the bike sped forward on its own, with me surprised but trying to hold on. Ended up both of us taking a nasty tumble. So I learned DON'T turn it on UNTIL you're firmly seated atop of it, and even then, keep the brakes on. 2. It is very difficult to navigate SMALL turns with the PAS at 1 or above as the bike tends to surge with any crank of the pedal. Again, I've had to adjust (from 50 years of 12 speed biking) to remember to keep it at PAS0 if I'm on the sidewalk and trying to navigate between pedestrians. 3. The thumb activated throttle is horrible. No nice way to say it, sorry. It simply has no discernible degrees of progression. The slightest pressure makes the bike surge forward, usually with more speed than you want or need. A grip throttle, I am told by more experienced riders, is the way to go. 4. The original seat is not very comfortable--which becomes quite noticeable when you hit a bump. Unlike the front wheel suspension which is excellent, the back wheel seems to have very little ability to absorb shocks. They go right up your spine. 5. The distance from the back of the seat to the center support of the handlebars is about 1 to 2 inches SHORTER than on my old 12 speed bike. This explains why I am always in the 'passive' sitting mode (on the ebike) rather than the more dynamic, slightly leaning forward position I was used to. That passive position, I'm very sure, affords me less control over the bike. 6. Speaking of control; another adjustment I've had to make with an ebike is that, unlike with a regular 12 speed, you can't afford to take one hand off of the handlebars to adjust your glasses or wipe your face because the constant surging of the bike makes it unstable with only one hand on the bars. 7. This may not be entirely the bike's fault, but I got a flat about 6 weeks after purchase. I patched it and it blew out again a day or two later. I bought two new inner tubes, and both popped within two days of being replaced. The company was nice enough to send me two more, no cost, and they also went flat within days of each others. All and all I ended up removing the rear tire SIX times in just two weeks of biking! Again, maybe not the bikes fault, but definitely detracted from the experience. 8. The control screen is fine in the dark, but when the sun is out the glare makes it very difficult to read no matter what position I turn it to. An anti-glare cover would help a lot.

The customer service
We camp a lot on the Outer Banks in North Carolina and have been looking to get a golf cart. Then we met some other campers that had two Jasion e-bikes. They loved them. So… we looked into it and found many great reviews for them. We got two delivered to Friscowoods Campground. EB7ST, they were easy to assemble. My wife has had some back surgery and these bikes are a great way for us to get around.
What sets Jasion apart from others is their service. On one bike the throttle was damaged. I contacted their support team and they are taking care of the issue by sending us a new throttle. Our friends have had issues with another brand and they were told to send the bike back. What a hassle. You can always judge a company by their customer service.

Purchased two x-hunter 1400w bikes. Love them! Penny with customer service has been responsive. Great deal on sturdy e-bikes! If you haven’t checked them out yet, better get to it!

I ordered an X-Hunter and before they shipped it out I found out that Jasion had just came out with a new upgraded version the X-Hunter PRO It's 100% worth the money. The hydraulic breaks are a must have . Also comes with a bigger battery for longer trips and more power and speed. I'm actually blown away by the quality of the build and it's very sharp looking. I just got it about 5 days ago and I've already put 100 miles on it. Love the bike

I purchased 2 X Hunters for myself and my wife and we could not be happier. The bike is very well built and love the power it has and the fat tires. I am 6' 275lbs and have no issues with it hauling me around at all. I have recommended to many others in our campground because not only does it run well, it looks awesome.

They are give a good product with the same quality and efficiency and good finish and the bike very good and fast and comfortable and their behavior so good and nice before and after sales that's the reasons to be fair and honest

I’m so happy we decided to buy our e-bikes from Jasion. The bikes arrived very quickly, as promised, within a week. They were easy to put together. When I reached out to customer service they answered promptly and were very knowledgeable.

I’m 72 and have been relatively sedentary. Bought the JASION to get me out and moving. It’s doing the job beautifully. I constantly use the pedal assist so I get a little exercise. I ride whenever it’s not raining. Love the bike! Love the experience!

I cannot say enough good things about my new Jasion Bike! I have been researching E-bikes for the past 2 years and just wasn't ready to pull the trigger. Now I wonder why I waited so long!! First, assembly went fairly easy. It took my husband and I a bit over an hour to get it ready to ride. The ride itself is smooth and easy. I was a bit surprised initially how fast PA1 accelerates so I have been careful about going higher on PA but am prepared for the acceleration now. :) I love this bike and am looking forward to many miles!

I was on vacations in the us when my old bikes were stolen. I did order 2 Jason bikes . They are greats , we love them . The only problem was no instructions and no French assistance

The Bike did great untill it didnt. A month and a half after I bought it the computer went haywire, now the thing wont go any faster than 15 mph without ALOT of assistance and a week after that the rear sproket broke free so I cannot even pedal. The pedals just spin. The best part was finding out that none of this was covered by any of the warrantees. One of which I paid extra money for. Customer service? blah blah blah. Hope they spend my money more responsibly than I did.

Amazing product and customer service

My husband and I have been pondering for several months on getting an E bike. We finally decided on the Jasion bike due to all the good reviews and the stability of the bike. We received the bikes within a few days and we were so happy to get them. They are wonderful. Never thought I could ride an electric bike, but it is so easy and we are just pleased with this e-bike. We bought the combo and if you’re hesitating on this don’t because you’ll be so happy you chose Jasion. It is also nice to know that you have a phone number and can get a hold of a live person. I brought this bike as a replacement for my car and it was worth it! I have so much fun riding this bike and oh my is it faster than I thought! I like to ride with the assist of 2-3 so I can still exercise my body and not be exhausted by the time I get to my destination. I highly recommend getting one, I will be getting another for my kid so we can have adventures!

Super fun to ride and works great on the beach and city streets. Battery life is solid and the ride is smooth. Totally worth it!

Good value for the price. Shipping was quick. Watched a couple youtube videos on how to assemble and it was pretty easy. Rode it a few times but not a lot to give it a long term review. Has good power and seems to do everything I wanted it for.
