We have just had Sandjis and his team add new insulation and boarding to our loft. From our initial discussions with him until the completion of the job, Sandjis has gone out of his way to make sure we are happy with everything and it was completed how we wanted it.
The work was carried out with care, and to a high standard. The house was left tidy at the end of the day with everything cleared away.
We found him to be very genuine and hard working.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use him again for further work in our house.

Genuine, honest and thorough. Sandijs is a perfectionist, both the boarding and insulation in my loft have been completed to a high standard. Add to that the amazing customer service and it is a 5 star review from me.

From the initial call to JAS to the completion of my lift insulation, I found Sandi helpful, approachable, professional, and with a thorough knowledge of the task, explaining it every step of the way. He and his friend were polite and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble.

After employing a different company, my loft was a mess, the wrong insulation had been put in incorrectly. I was lucky enough to employ JAS Loft Installation to make it right. Jas was very reassuring and explained what he thought should happen, without any pressure to buy. They were friendly and efficient and worked hard to clear and install new, correct insulation.

I have a non-typical loft room that requires insulation. Sandijs was really patient to understand my need and conducted a thorough investigation about how the insulation can be done. Although I did not pursue the insulation in the end due to personal financial reasons, I did not feel pressure from the company. Overall I had a very position experience in the communication with Sandijs.

Requested a quote after reading other reviews. The young gentleman came when he said he would. Pleased with the quote and the helpful information given regarding extra lagging in our loft. Decided to go with JAS loft insulation and very pleased we did. Very reliable, trustworthy and such a well mannered, which I find is hard to come across nowadays. We are that pleased with the work that we have asked for a quote for other work which we need carrying out.

JAS was really helpful and fast. We had a tight timeline to get the work done, and they managed to get the work done.

I had JAS round to insulate my loft a month ago, it has made a great difference. I lose less heat over night so my heating isn’t running as much during the cold patches and it has made a difference to my energy bill aswell as just general comfort, I didn’t realise such a simple thing could make a noticeable difference. Called sandi, responded in a timely manner, carried out an inspection for a recent spray foam removal done on my home, which gave me peace of mind that it was all done properly, he was professional and would strongly recommend. Was reassuring to have someone actually recommend when no more work needed to be done as any other improvements wouldn't align with my needs and goals for the home.
