Product worked as advertised. Well packaged for delivery.

I was in a hurry to get my order so I made a small error.
It was about 10 minutes to Five, but I already clicked, 'Send' so I tried to call the number listed.
It was refreshing to get a human on the line immediately, and he resolved my concern with professionalism and expedience.
I have now received my repair parts and installed them before I got the request for reviewing the order. That also is rare.

Great prices for genuine replacement bulb for Sony projector VPl-VW385ES (LMP-H220). Lamp arrived quickly and install was really easy - plug and play. Projector back to its glory days with bright and vibrant display now. HIGHLY recommend Jaspertronics as they offered really good money saving advise on the phone which helped me making the right decision when choosing the lamp.

I would like to thank dalton.ikenberry at jaspertronics for the help with a part I ordered from them and with the warranty on the part and sending a replacement. The communication was excellent and quick response and in a professional manner.i would definitely order from them again, thanks again !

The lamp I received had dried glue or something inside the lens. It should not have gone through quality control. However, support was fantastic and a replacement was sent out the same day.

The item arrived with a broken tab on the housing and even though it installed fine the lamp didn't work at full brightness. I had to contact them to see about a replacement. With the suggestion to move the lamp to an old housing I had did fix the brightness issue. The last lamp I bought from Jaspertronics for my TV the tab was also broke upon removal yet that one worked fine until it blew. Even though the box had a little damaged during shipping the lamp was encased in foam blocks, the damage on the box was not near the broken tab. For the inconvenience of having to move the lamp to another housing I did get a 10% refund which I appreciated. The lamps last about 18-20 months(definitely not 6000 hours they advertise, bur maybe a little over half that) and if the TV is still functioning I will likely buy another lamp from them if they still sell them. A new lamp is about 1/8 the cost of a new TV, and one of the TV's I bought lasted 7 years and the last one only lasted a year before it failed which is why I am back to using this projection TV. At that rate of TV's I am further ahead just buying these lamps.

On a positive note, customer service was always prompt. Negatively, I was not notified until after my first purchase that the "genuine" replacement lamp I purchased for our BENQ projector would only have 50%-70% of the lamp's ideal brightness. Not acceptable. The second time around, the lamp casing would not even fit into the projector! Again, unacceptable. Then the company tried to send 3rd lamp which I did not request. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the order. When I replied that I would purchase directly from BENQ, I was told that I would be buying "exact same lamp at a much higher price." Honest? That may have been so, but the lamp I purchased from BENQ was as bright as expected the very first time around.

I ordered a replacement bulb for my Benq ht2150st and installed it. It malfunctioned and burned out under light usage, after about 4 weeks. They sent a replacement. It burned out in a couple weeks also. Emailed them and they said “it’s out of warranty because the first bulb you ordered is past the warranty date” what a laughable company. NEVER BUY from jaspertronics. My last OEM bulb lasted 5 YEARS!!!!! They try to get you to pay to send your projector in to clean it and do a rundown on it ☠️💀😂😂. You can thank me now or regret it later. Stay away from this joke

They get us what we need in a short time... it doesn't get any better than that!

Very fast service for original Viewsonic RC-100 projector bulb, excellent price, as well as 240 day warranty. Previous bulb fro. Jaspertronics lasted 2.5 years or about 4,000 hours. I will be sure to purchase another as backup at the end of warranty so that I do not have to worry about it becoming obsolete.

My 2nd purchase since 2021. No issues with the projector lamps i've bought from them. Very satisfied with the quality and shipping speed.
