Would add 0 stars if possible. Unmanageable website. No way to search for anything. Like everyone else, paid for 1$ trial and was charged 3$ and 59.99$. I demand a resolution and refund of the 59.99 charge that was added and I also demand that whatever membership plan has been automatically added to be canceled, as I do not trust their website to do it. I asked for a cancelation on the website multiple times but nothing works and no cancelation email is received. Legal action will follow if the unjust 59.99 charge is not reversed and the subscription is not canceled fully. ( a222hsuena )

Think twice before going anywhere near that sign up button. The $1 trial is not what you're going to get. Without realising it you (they) will miraculously upgrade your trial account to full access within minutes and charge you $60. Why would I do this when I have a trial? I wouldn't - it's all designed to catch you out. And when I was unknowingly navigating the site as a full member, there was still loads of paywalled content.
- No warning or confirmation of upgrade to $60
- Very dubious tactics - why would you 'choose' to upgrade 5 minutes into a trial?
- I got an email saying my upgrade had failed AFTER they had charged me.
- They try to lure you into other paid services through tiny checkboxes positioned as if they were 'I agree to the terms' upon signing up (see other reviews)
Total scam, canned email responses when you reach out to customer service.
I've not touched the site beyond the agreed trial period

I wish I'd seen this yesterday! I signed up for a 1 year subscription at $155.88. Without my seeing any add on fees, they charged a $1, then another $43.00 for who knows what. They also lied about videos being included in the subscription, which it turns out you have to buy credits in order to view them. A complete scam. I'm notifying my credit card and will pursue legal avenues. A SCAM!!! Stay away.They also state 24/7 Customer Service. The phone number is a non working number and ant messages sent come back stating they aren't in until the following day and the same the next day.

Money scam stay away at all cost
Don't believe in their response, all they want to do is to scam your hard earned money. I registered for 3 days trial, no cross site subcription added (even if you add it, no price display for it) and bam they charged me instantly 100 usd. Customer support does not reply even after 1 day, their customer support phone number is fake, cannot connect to them. Just give yourself a favor and stay away from this site, if you got fraud by them, help reporting this website to take them down and prevent new people from getting fraud by them.

I paid $7 for a full month membership on February 20th and 2 days later I see I'm being charged $1 twice and $39.99 for IchiAV full month subscription when I never accepted this trail and even if I had accidentally clicked on the trial, I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL about such Trial Subscription. What a coincidence that no login information was sent to my email to access their 'Cross-sale subscription' until the full price had been charged on my card. That makes no sense at all, if they claimed I had accepted the subscription for ichiAV, why would they send the login credentials after the trial is over, that is a total scam. On top of that I ws also charged $59.99 and at this point not sure iif this is a charged for JAVHD or any other scam coss-sale trial that I never accpeted or requested either and the same pattern occured with this charge, this is fraudulent. Contact support option always shows they will be back online in 12 hours regardless the time you try to contact them. Inexistent customer service.
