Fell in love with the protein coffee. I love how it doesn’t clump up like other powders. It makes my morning complete! My favorite flavor is the French Vanilla.

Javvy Coffee is very good love the taste it’s a very good iced coffee and you get the great taste of coffee it’s very refreshing plus some caffeine as well

The product It self isn't bad, the customer service on the hand is truely horrible. Their PR needs to work on the timing of sending out e-mails. Forgot about the subsuscription received an e-mail that my upcoming order was fast approching, stating I could change or push back said order, come to find out they sent the e-mail 30 mins after they had already taken the payment. When I contacted them they basically said to bad its automatic.

Having sent the reminder e-mail with the information stating you can change or push back the order is truely misleading and honestly false advirstment. they are unwilling to understand what they have done wrong and truely could care less. I'm in the process of trying to fight the charges with Paypal and they continue to constest.

I started the process of canceling and trying to get a refund as soon as I saw the email, no order was sent out(knowing I am constesting the charge and have no intersts in receiving their product)I receieved yet an other e-mail 7 hours later stating they were sending out the product I do not want.

As a reply to their super answer below. the said e-mail reminding me of the subscription was sent half an hour AFTER they took their payment. I have gone through all my e-mails and there was no such e-mail dated 3 days earlier.

I love mixing the mocha and French vanilla to make an Iced Coffee. It has a great smooth flavor and it is not chalky! I stay full for hours! I love it!

I love the variety of flavors and it ships to me very quick. I even got my mom a few bottles to try and the protein powder creamer. The creamer makes a nice froth on top of the coffee. Makes it feel fancy! 😁

This company’s behavior is flat-out unethical. I selected a one‑time order, yet they still pulled over $87 from my bank account without permission. That is not a mistake — that is deceptive billing.

It then took them more than a week just to begin processing my refund and return, which is completely unacceptable for a charge I never authorized in the first place.

To make matters worse, their website will not allow you to delete your payment information. There is absolutely no legitimate reason for a company to trap your financial details like that.

Everything about this experience feels intentionally designed to make customers give up: hidden charges, slow refunds, and no way to remove your payment info. These are predatory business practices, and people deserve to be warned.

I saw someone trying the protein coffee on an instagram post and I ended up getting both the hazelnut and the iced cinnamon roll! Both of them were so delicious and 100% real caffeine! I always make a cup to start my morning and I always love it!

Order was processed quickly. Product tastes great! Would order again!

Im not a coffee drinker, as ill always have a diet Dr Pepper in the morning,. But decided to try Javvy because of the flavors that they have. Wow is all I can say 35 servings in a bottle a simple teaspoon with water or milk and you have one delicious drink. How do you explain this its almost like having a dessert when drinking one. The flavors are fantastic not overpowering just a nice coffee flavor along with what ever flavor you got. I recieved four bottles and Raspberry truffle is by far one of my favorites. Im looking forward to trying many more flavors. And im sure ill have quite a few favorites. And the best thing is its just a teaspoon and a cup of water or milk. Its hands down delicious. And other brands ask you to use one tablespoon of product. So this is definitely a savings . All I can say is do yourself a favor and give Javvy a try.

I drink Javvy protein coffee every morning! It’s such a stable part of my routine and such an easy and delicious way to get a 20g protein boost!

Everything tastes great and very easy to use. Will be buying some he protein coffee powder next.

I ordered the product and did not know this was a subscription. So I sent in a cancellation request in less than 25 minutes of ordering. They stated that the money had already been processed so they couldn’t cancel and that I will have to request a cancellation off their web site. But the product will be sent out, so I guess their shipping department must be the best around if they process in 25 minutes!
Stay away from this company they have very poor customer relations.

I placed the order by mistake,and within two hours I informed them to cancel it! The response from their customer service was quick but they said they are unable to cancel the order and I have to waite for it to arrive and then return it, later on they said the Return is not possible for the UK customers and offered to return 50% of the fee and I keep the products which I accepted it (well,I was left with no other option!despite the fact that they have 30 days money back guarantee!!).
I had ordered Vanilla and Caramel flavour and both are wayyy too sweet!so you won't taste the coffee at all!

I bought two packages and hated the aftertaste. Gave it to a friend who does protein powder and she did not care for it either. Had NO IDEA it was an auto delivery and they did not send an email a week prior so you could cancel the auto delivery from happening. When I called them to get it returned they said too bad it cannot be returned and if I would have not accepted from postal I still would not have gotten a credit for the 85.00.. this is bad business and they have a racket because you do not know it is an auto ship!!!

I absolutely LOVE Javvy Coffee! I got the Brownie batter, Mocha and cookies dough and I love mixing them together to change up the flavors sometimes. The options are sooo good. I would love to try more flavors too. my morning iced Javvy coffee has changed my life by giving me more energy and a protein supercharge to get my day started with 3 young daughters!

I made a one-time purchase from this company and never signed up for any subscription or recurring service. Recently, I received an email stating they were “having trouble processing my next order” and asking me to update my payment information.

There was never supposed to be a “next order.”

I did not authorize any subscription, and I did not consent to recurring billing. Receiving an email implying they are attempting to charge my card again is extremely concerning and disappointing.

Customers should not have to worry about being automatically enrolled in subscriptions they never agreed to. Transparency and consent matter.

Until this is properly addressed and confirmed, I cannot recommend this company.

They have an abundance of flavors. I really love the brownie batter. The Salted Caramel is real good too. I am going to try some other flavors next month

I received the javvy protein coffee drink and I tried it and I absolutely loved it it has such a good coffee flavor and you can drink it hot or cold I've already had it both ways and they it's they're just so good so flavorful and satisfying and it's a great way to get protein plus I also received the shaker and Tumblr and have used both as well thank you.
