With the amount of scams on othe auction places, Jawa does a great job trying to mitigate/get rid of scams the best they can. I have sold and purchased from there and it has turned out well.
I had one issue with a purchase and never recieved the product or communication from the seller. Jawa customer service had that resolved quickly and in the same business day they already had my refund in processing. I couldn't be happier using Jawa for PC products.

Customer service was great, they sent me a pre-paid shipping label and paid me within a week, hassle-free!

Most of the parts I received were well packaged and working fine. The parts that were broken were returned and refunded easily.

Very easy to use and find options. I appreciate that you are trying to control price gouging and scalpers but I don't think it works as intended. Most items you can find 20 bucks cheaper on Amazon or new egg brand new ....

i was sent a broken product. when i requested a refund i was ghosted by the help team.

A site marketed by multiple creators for its cheaper deals ends up have higher prices than some brand new components and the so called deals are often the more expensive than most sites. Great idea poorly executed because of scalpers and price gouges.

customer support was goated at least for the official jawa store. the mobile app is a little buggy though

A very good wed site

Jawa forced a return of a $2,500 PC I sold. I complied, but they kept the item and refuse to return it or pay me.

I’ve sent a legal demand and will escalate to the FTC and AG offices if they don’t fix this.

Sellers beware — they can take your item and leave you with nothing.
