The worst customer service ever i had y
To place a second order for transmission kit because
My first order was damaged to me I made a warranty claim they approved it but never was sent to me. So I place another order oh transmission kits I never received My product
I want to talk to a supervisor or a manager
He says I’m not able to transfer it to nobody that really got me mad because he kept telling me it was delivered with delivery was delivered
And explain some of it was delivered to me and received by me I will never been called in at this moment about claiming that my package is missing so long story short they never issued me a replacement worst company ever worst customer Service
I reported it to the Better Business bureau
Cancel my order for replacement or refund my money but not a full total amount was $127 I was only given 100$ I recommended pressure from somebody else and that’s from them the worst company ever

This was the most prompt email communication I have ever received from a company. It was very professional and thoughtful.

I had an issue with the way I ordered something. I called customer service and they helped me to receive the discount I put in wrong. Thank goodness. That was why I was ordering at that time.

Kudos to Team Jawzrsize for providing a replacement size T-shirt promptly. Great Customer Service support! Also, I'm enjoying the intermediate level product very much with quick results, "mewing" works. Ordered mine last year, never got it, sent a email no reply not happy 😠

My experience with Jawzrsize to this point has been nothing but a run around of lies and miss direction.

I placed an order of two units they never arrived I have been lied to and ignored for almost 6 months.

I would beware of doing any business with a company like this make it a priority to inform others so this type of thing does not happen to more people,

Its not the money but principle of evil people that take and take.

I like the product. I still didn`t use it much, so no visible results. I had a problem with the delivery (it was lost) and the customer service was incredible, helping me getting the Jawersize and always replying to the mails!

Product worked well while it lasted , didn't use a super amount and it ripped in 3 months.

So straight up the 50 pound resistance is not enough I been using it for the past 2 years but would like to request a special made 80 pounds of resistance, would like the owner or whoever to please email me at pabash13atyahoo.com ill pay the price for the 80 pound so let me know "at" @

I started using Jawzrsize when my neck area began to look 20 years older than my face, and I had been wasting money on expensive neck creams to the point where it ceased being justified. I had been using the lowest level from another company and started with the pink level. My muscles were in such bad shape that my jaw cracked audibly ringing in my ears and became sore and I couldn't bite down for more than a few times at a time. I had to rub Tigerbalm into the area below and back from my cheekbones to calm the soreness and be able to close my mouth. This went on for several weeks. No wonder my neck had been looking so much older! Then the Tigerbalm applications became less and less. Now I am at the purple level for 13 times twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, without breaks. I'll be able to get up to 15 minutes soon. I am horrified when I look at my Before and After pictures. I can't believe the person Before was me. This product definitely works with the required time, dedication and daily use for several months. And the pain is a better experience than the look of the drooping saggy jaws!

Do NOT use this if you have any dental work. It broke my front bridge. I should have known better

I tried to order and changed my selection but cannot clear my cart ..really bad look ... like the hotel California .. you can Oder but you van never leave .... fit it guys ... you are losing sales !
