To be avoided!

Company presented well during initial engagements. Full bathroom retrofit agreed. Overall finishes are good but a lot of corners cut. Walls not reboarded fully. New water tank poorly fitted in hot press (door wouldn’t close) Water pump connections leaked. Silicone sealing left unfinished. We have to finish our own sealing around some tile edges. This firm obviously sub contract a lot of jobs at same time. The project manager only served to confuse and delay the install by relaying incorrect information. They were very insistent on being paid regularly!! And only one payment option made available. I definitely would not engage them again. In my view to be avoided.
