They stole my crypto

They stole my crypto. Luckily it was a nominal amount, but it was mine nonetheless. The app was 'retired' without any notice whatsoever, as in, I never got an email from them telling me to close my wallet and move my funds. Alas, everything is gone and there is no way to see what I had, and given what I am reading it is clear to see that they stole the contents. A shameful company, don't trust their new project Andaimi.

Another Fraudulent Crypto Company

Account balance is $0 after we were advised to download the new app. No response from anyone in the company on why the balance is zero. Another fraudulent crypto company.

I had my reservations about the crypto industry, and now we see it.

They take the money and don't care about the responsible persons

Real scam happened to me:
'thegreatbit's side:The amount could not be changed in the first place. Someone already used three withdrawal attempts from your Greatbit account, so you had only one left. While withdrawing to your Jaxx address you also couldn't change the amount because the system pushes you to take out everything due to safety precautions. So funds are sent already from our side and they need to be received first.
'JAXX' wants me to use ( quote ) 6800 Dollars for 30 minutes to pump up your limits and receive your incoming transaction. Otherwise the assets will be sent to the Canadian Revenue Agency in case of deadline violation.
This is a true case of taking the money and ordering the customer to hand in more to correct others doings. High-tech Crypto is used for unflexible and offensive behavior and then calling you 'money launderer' betweens the lines!

Ethereum coins disappeared

I should have looked here before setting up my Jaxx wallet. Last year I tried some mining where I has £67 worth of ethereum stored in Cudo miner. I created a Jaxx ethereum wallet and copy and pasted the receive address into Cudo miner, which validates these and it was ok. The coins were sent yesterday at 6pm, 9am today they are not in my wallet. The robo support is a waste of time and it it very difficult to contact human support. I suspect I have lost my money but will update this should Jaxx support sort this out and the platform allows me to convert these coins to real money.

Seems nice at first, but it's a scam.

This wallet has an interesting way of making it really look like you're getting certain coins on other blockchains and that the transactions are inexpensive and seamless.
The reality is, many of the tokens they offer are not the real thing, the receive address is fake. Fees are way higher than advertised, and at this point I've wasted SO MUCH f**ng time and money on this wallet, I'm not going to elaborate any more.
Just, DON'T USE JAXX LIBERTY. Decentral Inc seems to be a total scam in general, posting fake postiive reviews on Reddit and such. Spread the word: these people are criminals.

total scam. unquestionably

I used Jaxx wallet successfully to hold and transact BTC and ZEC for a few weeks, and it worked well, as expected. I think the appeal for most of us is that Jaxx is fully private and that it offers so many coins. The issue is that they don't actually offer all the coins they say they do. In my case, I opened a BNB wallet in Jaxx and used the receive address provided. I sent the money using ChangeNow from an Electrum wallet (both of these are awesome and always work flawlessly). The money never arrived. Jaxx customer support did get back to me, which I appreciate. However, apparently their "BNB" isn't really Binance Coin. It's a wrapped ERC20 token (or something like that, I don't understand exactly and I don't care). The bottom line is JAXX OFFERS A SEND ADDRESS THAT IS INVALID (not attached to any open wallet anywhere). Now it's up to me to contact Binance and see if I can recover the funds from this random address where my money sits. I've now personally communicated with some others on this issue, and learned that Jaxx does this with other coins too. The receive address they give you is simply not attached to anything. It's meaningless and you're sending money to a non-existent wallet. I don't know which coins are legit and which aren't; I guess you just have to roll the dice. I suppose the reason for this is to simply be able to advertise that you sell many alt-coins without actually offering the real thing. There's a word for that.. It appears that the Jaxx Liberty team is pretty good at covering up negative reviews and posting fake postitive ones all over the internet, but if this one honest review can make a difference, then 7min is worth it. I recommend avoiding this wallet (and ANYTHING associated with Jaxx Liberty) completely. You will lose many many hours of time, and probably some money too :(

This app is CRIMINAL!!!!!

Jaxx received my bitcoin, but now when I try to send it, the SEND button does not light up; It won't send. I've been emailing back and forth for weeks now. I've tried all their suggestions, but they don't help. They can't find a working SEND button with both hands.

I'm VERY frustrated.

Now, guess what? My Bitcoin just disappeared!!! Avoid this app like the plague. It's CRIMINAL!!!!

Bad functions and stuck transactions.

I highly recommend you do NOT use this wallet.
I have had crypto on it for a while, no problem while its just sitting there - Then i used the quick exchange function - the transaction took FOREVER because jaxx did not calculate the fee correctly, i lost hundreds of dollars while waiting for it to go through and the 3rd party partner (changelly) was just as awful.
When i turned to customer support to report this i got a bot reply from a human.
After that my transcations to get my crypto off Jaxx were stuck 3 times (which cost me extra ETH to speed up twice).
Bad wallet without any good functions and horrible design.
I am expecting a "dear customer please give us the transaction number so we can help"
But i already gave it to them in the Email that i sent and they were NO HELP whatsoever.
Stay away for your own good.

Terrible wallet STEALS YOUR CRYPTO

An absolutely terrible wallet and you should avoid it all costs.... Transactions can take weeks or more to go through. They give you an option to speed up transaction for a higher fee and nothing happens accept you lose some of your cryptocurrency. It will then will let you spend more crypto to speed up transaction again if you quit the app and relaunch, but yet again nothing will happen accept they will charge you more crypto and transaction will just stay pending for weeks or more so if you don't want to lose your crypto don't use this wallet. There is plenty of other horror stories too just read through the reviews to see...... Best of luck to you if you make the same mistake I did by choosing this wallet

Overrated crypto wallet

Overrated crypto wallet
Jaxx is easy in use, the only advantage of this wallet.
The company says they have ambitious plans. However, the wallet doesn't work correctly, there are some noticeable bugs. Often it takes ages to make a transaction because it can be confirmed for a couple of days.
