I ordered at chain for my son as a graduation gift and when it got here it was bracelet. Instead of making this right I had to go return it now it’s a waiting game for what I really ordered. Sucks.

I reached out to Jaxxon via email to get help with the issue but no one answered me for two days so that's when I reached out using the chat feature. My customer service rep BREE did an amazing job! She listened to what I needed and was a me to help me without any issue. Smooth process and easy. She truly saved me as a customer and I will be purchasing from jaxxon again. Thanks Bree!

Unfortunately I originally ordered the wrong size of a bracelet. But fortunately a service agent named Sofia assisted me. She was amazing. First she assisted me in cancelling the booking and then refund it into my creditcard and then I rebooked the right size and the bracelet is on its way now, all thanks to Sofia. I bought a really nice tennis necklace and bracelet set from Jaxxon as a gift. The bracelet ended up being a little too small so I worked with my customer service Rep. Avery to resolve the issue. He was extremely helpful with getting my return processed in a quick and timely manner even when the site was having some technical issues. I'm happy that he is the Rep. that helped me out and my wife will have the replacement in time for her birthday.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any retailer I have ever dealt with. The chains I received were too small. I returned the chains for a refund and still have not received my money.
The customer service is garbage and no one can ever give an answer. It’s always “I will send a request to our wear house”. They keep telling me that the package has not yet been inspected! The chains were never removed from the boxes and sent back in the same package it was delivered in.
This company has got to start taking accountability for their wrong doings. They don’t care about their customers and will jig do anything to make things right. No return calls and now no answers knowing I’m pissed off. It’s like they have flagged my number!
Worst experience ever!!! Disrespectful company!!!
