I approached Jay Nick to get a pair of earrings however I wasnt quite sure what I wanted. Prathmesh was so patient and understanding. Not once did I feel rushed to make a decision. He educated me on the diamonds and made recommendations as to what I could get while answering all the questions I had to ask!
Eventually he found me a pair of diamonds that were of a better quality than I had agreed on without charging me more for them! True professional and highly recommended.
