Friendly and polite. Failed to book seats as agreed.
Very polite and friendly. We agreed that seat would be booked for the flights, but the were not. We left messages on the main line and personal phone and nobody got back to us. Must live up to promises made!

Flight booking,
I was very happy with the service, I called Jay's Travel to book a flight 15 mintues before closing time. The consultant found the best offer for me and booked the flight reserved the seat and requested the food of my choice. The e ticket was sent to me within 15 mintues.
Sonia was very polite, competent and professional. I will definitely use tge service agsin and will recommend to my family and friends.Thanks Jay's travel
