I will not travel internationally without using JayWay travel. They lined everything up for our first trip to Greece. Hotels, ferries, excursions, restaurant recommendations and drivers to get to all the different places were all prearranged. Excellent service!

There are not enough superlatives for me to describe how great our experience was with JayWay. It was our first time using them (and I stumbled on them by accident) and I plan to use them to go anywhere that they go! The transfers were so smooth, the accommodations they selected were fantastic and the guides they set up for us were better and better as the trip went on. The pre-trip planning was great and the person "on the ground" when we got there was such a HUGE help! Bravo JayWay! TY again!

Working with Jayway was great. They made booking this trip of a lifetime stress free. From the accommodations to the transportation and ferries, the tours and all the in between we couldn’t have asked for anything more. They even had a birthday cake sent to our hotel in Naxos for my dad’s birthday. That was such a nice surprise and made his day. The whole experience was really amazing!

Our three-week tour through the historic cities of Central Europe -- Krakow; Prague; Salzburg; Vienna; and Budapest -- can rightly be described as a 'trip of a lifetime', and the JayWay team did an absolutely stellar job in managing our trip every step of the way.

Traveling abroad to a new set of countries can be arduous and risky, but a great travel agent partner can smooth the edges and create a memorable experience. JayWay was just that partner on our recent honeymoon trip to Croatia, Vienna and Prague. Very good at listening to what kind of experience we wanted to have, and giving us good choices to pick from. Very attentive and quick to respond to any inconveniences or problems that arose (it will happen!). All the people on their team in each country were excellent ambassadors for their company. Very professional and attentive.

The guides were fun and knowledgeable. We enjoyed everything we did and everywhere we went. The planning was not a challenge. Our contact Krisztina worked with me to put together an excellent trip. We were in awe and had a wonderful time.

This was our second trip with JayWay. And again, it was exceptional. Every detail is taken care of. Our two trips with JayWay were two of the most enjoyable and stress-free vacations we've ever had. Every hotel, driver, and excursion was perfect. I am used to planning my own itineraries and doing all the driving, but with JayWay available, I’m not doing that any more! JayWay makes it perfect, easily.

The planning was thorough, flexible and timely, as well as friendly and helpful. We were especially grateful for the guidance provided as we made our way through the unfamiliar but wonderful cities of Prague, Vienna and Salzburg.

The trip was top notch. It was highly organized with plenty of time to ""do our thing"", but lots of tours and options available as well. All of the JayWay personnel we dealt with were fantastic!!

We will utilize JayWay Travel again for our international travel in the future. The planning with Elena went so well, when it came time to book, we felt confident that we had it well planned. A good tip I think is to give yourself time when you get into a new city to just walk around with a tour guide to get to know the place. We really enjoyed having that on the day after we arrived so that we were not too tired. It was a dream vacation thanks to the JayWay staff!
