Bad experience
Although service in hotel Jaz Maraya in Marsa Alam was very good, we had to leave before the foreseen check out date (because of the lockdown in Egypt). As we paid to the hotel the whole stay on forehand, a refund was promissed for the time we could not stay anymore, and this within 10 days. We are now already one month later, and we still did not see any refund, not even an answer on our e-mails. This makes our sad experience because of this lockdown also a bad experience with Jaz Maraya hotel.
