Of all the cash wallets in pakistan this is the WORST. In January 2022 i returned a product on Daraz.pk which i had purchased using my Jazzcash card. It is now August 2022 and as yet my return amount is pending. The geniuses at jazzcash said to talk to daraz, they in turn have sent the return voucher to jazz and also to me but the jazzcash team say they never received the voucher in spite me sending it to them myself personally. The people at jazzcash are incompetent with a capital I. Please stay away from this GARBAGE service, use easypaisa and nayapay instead. Much much better.

Jazz cash is the worst service provider which I have ever used. When we are in need of money and transfers our payment from payoneer to jazz cash so their application didn't work at all. I have to complain on their support every single month but didn't work at all. Jazz cash is very pathetic!!!

When call at helpline they say visit the nearest branch, when visit branch they say call at 111.

Worst App. Worst Customer Care service.

I’ve transferred money from payoneer to Jazzcash and I never received the money in my Jazzcash account. The money never reached Jazzcash account. When I’ve complaint, they simply ignored it. They didn’t work on my complaint.

The app doesn't loads, gets stuck.

The worse so called banking service. Dont give a dash about customer services. Pathetic transaction services . Out of every two attempt, one transaction get stucked and cant recover amount before couple of days. Stay away from Jazz Cash & go for any other alternative as no one is such bad than Jazzcash.

Extremely worst service. Its been almost a day and the money I sent isn't received yet. Upon calling they just read the script that sir it'll take 1-2 business days. Etc etc. Easypaisa is way better than this so called banking service.

I want to give Very Worst Review to JazzCash.
Ghatiyaa Tareen Service hei. Fraud kar rahey hein. Users ki Payment 4, 4 din Missing rehti hei. Koi inko poochney wala nahi hei.

It's the 2nd time they stole money from my Payoneer account, and upon reaching out to customer support they either don't take the call, and if they do they lodge a complaint which never solves anything!
I lost around $114 in 2 different transactions, even after having Transaction ID given by JAZZ CASH APP of all the transactions they say none of the transaction exists

They reduced $15 (PKR 2544) from my account by the name 'Payoneer adjustment'. They said extra money was send from Payoneer. I did four transactions in that month, all were successful and I have the payoneer ID and jazzcash transaction number as evidence. Money were also reduced from my Payoneer account as well.

Talk to their pathetic support and they said, payoneer reduced that amount from my jazzcash account go talk to them. Is that even possible?

Their app is slow, gives error on transactions and automatically reduce the amount as well which after some hours come back. At least try improving this sh@t first. Please don't use this app for anything now, especially Payoneer. Your bank app is much better than this.

Jazzcash such a poor service. I made the withdrawal from payoneer to jazzcash wallet. My money deducted from payoneer and till today haven't credited into my jazzcash. Their support team event bother of solve any issue. Highly recommended not to use jazzcash for any transaction. If money stuck you won't get any solution of it.

These days multiple times it happened that I transferred the amount to my bank account from jazz cash account, but the money is not received.

Very very bad service!

Ordered credit card and till date not received credit card and no money returned.

Worst service ever. I tried to transfer the amount from Payoneer to the jazz cash account using the jazz cash app. After waiting few seconds, the transaction did not go through but I got an email from Payoneer that Your Payoneer account has been charged by JazzCash.I checked my jazz cash account and its showed nothing. I contacted their help line and they did not help me instead they were making lame excuses.

Guys, stop using jazz cash, it's not the first time. They are keep repeating their mistakes.

I have installed JazzCash app yesterday and performed a bank transfer from Payoneer account. Even the first transaction was stuck up. I checked from Payoneer, they have already completed the transaction but not received in JazzCash account. On contacting twice the help center, JazzCash launched two complaints but nothing happened. Today, even the help line is not responding. Very poor service by an incompetent company, highly not recommend!
