Drop off and pick up of vehicle
Drop off and pick up of vehicle were easy. No waiting time. When we came out of the ramp out of the airport, car was right in front of us. Car was as it was left with out any damage.

Easy and super convenient
Easy to arrange, drop off and collection are straightforward and super convenient for Stansted. They have great customer service, which is rare these days. Used them twice now and will continue to do so.

Was happy with most of the service but
Was happy with most of the service ie pick drop off, however had taken a picture of my mileage when handling car over and picking up. Noticed that someone had driven my car over 30 miles. Took 15 to get to me so assumed that someone had been driving the car around.

Very pleasant experience …
Had to find meet and greet service urgently, and jbf meet and greet popped up in searches. They came with almost the lowest price in comparison website that kinda turned me off at the beginning, hence cheap doesn't always mean good. After hesitation I have decided to proceed and never felt sorry afterwards. Customer services answered my call straight away and been helpful. Drivers are respectful and timing is perfect. SMS reminders are handy also, hence it's so easy to forget to call in time.. In overall very pleasant experience and I can recommend this service to the others.

Best meet + greet I have ever used
Fantastic experience leaving and collecting car. Was delayed coming back and still had car delivered with in 10 minutes of phone call. Have used many companies over the years, can safely say these guys are the best. 10/10

At last a company we can rely on
At last a company we can rely on! Having used many different parking companies at various airports, we've had quite a few parking frustrations from a meet and greet that's a 20 min walk to waits of 40 mins plus but Jbfmeet and greet were very efficient, even answering our call on the first ring, and extremely helpful- very unusual. Our timings were a little off due to disability complications but Alice arrived in 15 mins. She had suggested that as we had a disabled passenger to meet in the disabled parking bays directly infront of the terminal which was such a relief- no tricky slopes or lifts to negotiate with a wheelchair. Many thanks Alice that was very thoughtful of you- we were very impressed. We will definitely only be booking Jbfmeet and greet in future.

Outstanding Service
I fly a lot and I've never had Parking Company sending me text to acknowledge my parking with them and a nice message. My flight was then delayed for over 2 hours until after midnight and they were so understanding, going as far as telling me to stay inside out of the cold and they will let me know when they were 10 minutes away. I had some bad experiences but they were simply outstanding.

Appalling service DO NOT USE
Appalling service we were stuck on holiday and extended our car parking, we paid an additional £50 cash asked for a receipt so we can claim this on our travel insurance still waiting for this, our car was damaged whilst in their care they even sent the video when we originally dropped the car off it clearly shows no damage but they are still staying they are not liable. We will get the work done and take to court to be reimbursed which will cost them more on the long run.
