The driver rang me when he was half an hour away.

Easy to rearrange delivery and they brought yhe furniture all the way upstairs to where it needed to be. Delivery guys were polite and quick and careful.

Efficient, speedy and polite service

I like the way they gave a specific time on the text, rather than just a delivery window, they called beforehand to check the time was ok and they even texted to let us know they were stuck in traffic. Very pleased.

Excellent service. Rang the day before the delivery to confirm the time slot and rang when they were fifteen minutes away. The two men were very polite and careful carrying the boxes into my property. Thank you.

Great start poor finish

Great communication from the get go , but upon delivery , panel's were left in the communal hallway , already had a complaint from the head of the committee, I am not local , and the poor girl in the 1st apartment is getting it in the neck , due to laziness of the delivery drivers , they asked me what floor it was on prior , shame great start bad finish

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

We are currently reviewing the details of your delivery with our logistics team to understand what happened and why the service did not meet expectations. Your feedback is extremely important to us and helps ensure we improve both communication and delivery standards going forward.
