My husband bought me a Grace QZonehoop frame from JB’s stand at the Festival of Quilts 4 years ago and it’s really great. Their customer service both before and after purchasing is absolutely outstanding too. The managing director, Robert, is very responsive to questions and has continued to provide support and guidance via the Grace Quilters UK Facebook group too.

I was looking to upgrade my sewing machine. I was invited to a demonstration experience of a couple of machine, in particular the Brother nv2600.
The two ladies at the Cardiff store were very friendly and knowledgeable of the types of machines on offer. The demonstration helped me to make up my mind which machine to buy. They also promised further support should I need it after purchasing the machine
