What an awesome company and experience! If you need ANYTHING at all for a classic VW of any kind, this is the place to find it! Their products are incredibly reasonably priced, their shipping fees are very low or free if ordering over a certain amount, and I always get my orders in a couple of days. I can't say enough good things about them! GREAT COMPANY!

Damaged in shipping. Not JBugs' fault.
JBugs is very reliable. They've been our go-to for years. Quick response for order shipment. Arrival time was as anticipated. The box was damaged, however, and the part was bent. Shipping glitch, not JBugs' fault. We fixed the bent metal part and plan to use it anyway.

I order a carpeting ordered carpet kit kit and received it
I order a carpet kit and received it, unfortunately I didn’t receive 11 section of it.(11 pieces). I spoke with Kyle on the phone who is amazing by the way, and he spoke with tmi? Carpet piece is supposed to be coming though it is taking awhile. It has been over a month since originally received so that’s a bit frustrating. I have order 4 times in the last month or so and everything else has been great and in a timely manner. I have spoken with Kyle numerous times and he is always super knowledgeable and very friendly.
