Item never arrived! When I went online store had closed!!!! Very poor wouldn’t recommend and definitely never shop with them again if it reopened! 🤬

My delivery was really slow (sunglasses got stuck in Holland) but Customer Services reassured me it would come and sure enough it did. They gave me a £10 refund due to the difficulties which was nice.... See more

Brilliant company and excellent customer service. I had a query with a product, I e mailed and got a reply sorting out the issue within 30 mins. Amazing, hence the very positive review.

Don’t order from JCbrandz

I ordered a watch from JC Brand. It took a very long time to arrive and when it came it wax faulty (damp collecting on the glass). I reported it to JC Brandz on 3 February) but no reply at all. Not even one to say that they will get back to me. I am really disappointed! Would never order from them again and would definitely not recommend!

Order cancelled with no reason

Ordered item 5 days ago and have confirmation email, telling me I would hear from them again when the item shipped. Today I got an email confirming my refund, without any explanation at all!

Hi, we are very sorry to hear this, if you could of given us until Monday to reply we could of looked into this for you. It is the weekend and like most companies do not work the weekend nor do our suppliers or the main office of the couriers we use. so we would not be be able to help you until Monday. I was told that my parcel would be…

I was told that my parcel would be delivered on Tuesday 5th October and every time I try to track my parcel I'm told there is a potential delay and last time it could be traced was 2;52am on Monday 4th October.
Very disappointing.

I now have to look again at the review I had given JCBrandz and am very grateful for their explanation about my parcel and why there was a delay. It was beyond their control and in the hands of the couriers. Having received my parcel I would happily give the company 4 stars and thank them for their reply. ☆☆☆☆

Hi, thank you for reviewing us. I am so sorry you felt the need to give us only 1 star. If you had contacted us and enquired as to why your item had not arrived by Tuesday, we would of happily looked into this for you. We try to make sure all our customers are happy with our service and are very sorry this was not the case. We typed your tracking number into FedEx it stated there was an operational delay. Now that is out of our hands as FedEx is the courier service. For some reason there was a delay, which could mean anything, customs or covid restrictions. If you contacted us We could of contacted them on your behalf and tried to find out when your item is expected to arrive. We would of reasured you it maybe 3 days later than expected we may of even offered a discount on your item as good will gesture. Like I say it was out of our hands. Sorry again

Received my item this morning,very well…

Received my item this morning,very well packaged and I am very pleased. Took a little in coming but worth the wait. I will shop with this shop again.Excellent.
