I ordered some equipment and was worried about when it was to arrive. Peter Williamson was my contact and kept me updated with the day it would arrive and the time and a back up delivery day if there was any issue. It kept me at ease as it was last minute equipment before our restaurant opened. Thank you Peter and the team.

Very Disappointing first order Experience!
Placed an order online. They called to say they couldn't fulfill it all. I asked them to send what they had as I didn't have time to re-order from somewhere else, and needed them desperately, they said they wouldn't send it, and would only refund the whole order. I'm now having to drive 130 mile round trip to get some!!
Not good :(

Received a courtesy phone call to confirm receipt of online order and proposed delivery date. Unfortunately, an item had been discontinued and was out of stock, so received a further phone call to update me and a prompt refund for the out of stock item. A very efficient service. One happy customer, will use again.

Customer service after sales requires improvement

James and Charlotte catered for our 50- ish wedding anniversary. It was -ish due to delayed by Covid.
The food and service was excellent. The special requirements, vegetarian and gluten free were professionally handled particularly as some gluten free difficult to get. Arrived on time to set up and were helpful throughout. Also provided the meal for a friend who fell just before the date and could not attend as planned
All in all a great experience

Really helpful with my order and in communication on a regular basis. Could not influence delivery times due to managed by the delivery company, but product recommendations and quality all good
