Absolute scam. I ordered one surgical steel clicker. They are advertising their products in Europe and nowhere it is made clear in the advert that they are in fact based in Singapore and that no matter how small your order is you will have to pay extra customs fees on it. On their website in the terms they conveniently withdraw from any responsibility and state that everything is the buyers responsibility. There are no returns and refunds either. Now if I paid the customs fee I would be paying about 40 Euros for one tiny little hinged clicker which is sold for 10€ in a piercing shop in Europe. This is called fraud. Disgusting. Good thing I can take it up with my bank, you won’t be seeing my money that’s for sure.

They sent me the wrong product and quality was not worth the money at all.

Totally misleading photos on the model, looked nothing like what I ordered which at £70+ for a single labret stud is really disappointing. Contacted them but no help whatsoever.

The jewellery is cheap looking when it finally arrives, which takes several weeks because it's not transparent that it's from Singapore. I have 6 ear piercings and ordered some of the pretty little studs. None of them fit through my decades old pierced holes and I have bought many brands in the past. Total waste of money.

I knew something was fishy from their instagram adverts. You can LITERALLY buy their exact jewelry from aliexpress for under 2 euro.

None of their stuff is handmade or whatever they claim on the website, its just another scummy website selling aliexpress garbage for 10x what it costs directly from supplier.

Don't get ripped off by this low effort drop shipping scam bs.

I purchased a gift from j&co jewellery
Over £200 and payed extra to have it gift wrapped the purchase was good and the packaging was great how ever a week later I get a bill from there courier fedex telling me they had paid money to speed up the transaction I had to pay them £44.23 or they was going to start court action and now I’ve overpaid for the items and their not worth the money
I’m disappointed in the way j&co do their business as they should make you aware their is a extra cost or they should at least put the extra cost on when your at their checkout so you can see the extra charge so you have a choice that’s what every other company does so no excuse if I would of known I would not purchase the items from them and brought from someone else so be aware when buying from j&co jewellery because you will end up paying more than the items are worth

I ordered 3 pairs of gold stud earrings, at a cost of £59. I didn’t realise they were coming from Singapore. So after looking at reviews I felt anxious and thought I’d wasted my money.
After 2 weeks the parcel finally arrived. It was well packaged, and in a beautiful butterfly box, each pair of earrings in a lovely pouch together with a thank you card.
The earrings look good quality so will try them later. So other than the website a bit unclear of its location, and a 2 week delivery, I’m very happy with my order, and will be ordering again. I give this co 4 stars, would have been 5 if the website was a bit more transparent, so thank you, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Dishonorable company, they loooove rejecting returns and exchanges even for valid reason and their policy is literally ridiculous. There's no good reason I shouldn't have been able to simply EXCHANGE some rings I purchased that were a tad too small. I literally measured and sized each finger before purchase but even on their site it says that the sizing can vary a bit. When I received the rings (ordered size 5 in all) I realized that they ran a tad small and a 6 in all would probably be better, emailed them and they emailed me back a bunch of policies, several that weren't even relevant to my situation about why I can't exchange and have full ownership of the rings.

They emailed me snippets about pierced jewellery and earrings not being returnable or exchangeable, well rings are neither of those things. Then they said that they don't accept returns or exchanges for items bought during a sale... I didn't even know a sale was ongoing when I got to the site to purchase the rings AND the sale just automatically applied at cart! It really shouldn't even matter for an exchange, a return I could understand maybe. They just want any reason to have to stick you with the jewellery is the bottom line

How dishonorable of them to stick me with over $60 worth of rings I clearly can't do anything with as if exchanging for the proper size will break the bank for them, they are greedy and don't care about the customer and I have to believe that so many of those reviews on the site are fake! Or they are hiding all the negative reviews at a minimum, I mean just look at how many negative reviews are here vs all the 5 Star reviews on their site. Terrible company with good marketing, will find somewhere else to purchase jewellery be cause honestly they overcharge for what they provide anyway.

The rings I received were waaay too malleable and prone to breakage for what I paid anyhow.

I've purchased here previously and not necessarily had a problem (earrings, necklaces) but when it comes to jewelry with a size, you just have to be more understanding that there may be mismatches with sizing of the jewellery and not leave your customer hanging. Terrible company.

I ordered some jewellery on 12th May. By 22 June, Royal Mail has informed me the item is lost and I should seek a refund from JCO. I’ve been emailing them repeatedly since 22nd June with no response. They’re happy to take your money and don’t care if you receive your product. Also - items shipped from Singapore, which would be fine if they made that clear before you purchase. I wouldn’t have bought if I had known the environmental impact.

I feel like I need to write this considering all the negative reviews. Overall my experience with this company has been quiet positive the products arrived within the time period of one to two weeks (which I feel is more than reasonable considering they had to come from a different country and get though customs). When I finally received the products I check them over they seem to be well made and of the high quality and as of yet I have not had any issues with them. The only thing that was a little bit of a problem was that the tracker was not updating. When I message Jco about this I received a quick and helpful response with clear instructions that said that now my delivery had arrived in the UK I should be able to track it with Royal Mail. However for some reason Royal Mail did not update their tracking system and I feel it would be wrong and unfair to lower the rating on my review to JCo based on the fact that it was Royal mail who had the issue of not updating the tracker and not the company I'm reviewing. Plus I think we can all agree that sometimes Royal Mail can be a little bit hit and miss sometimes.

Was unaware they were based in Singapore, so my order didn't arrive in time. I spent £80 on a set of 14k gold earrings for my partner, or so I thought, but when it arrived there was only one. On closer inspection the listing was just for one, and maybe I was naïve for not checking, but who spends £80 on one small earring?! Because it's an earring there are no returns, despite the fact it will never get used as it was just one. No way am I spending more on a match one. Save your money and go someone else. This is a scam!

Bought some ‘14kt gold earrings’ for my wife for Mother’s Day, whilst they came quick they were anything but gold. Trashy plastic rubbish. Absolute waste of time, money and effort. Avoid at all costs

Buyer beware!! I placed an order and immediately got an email from my credit card company stating the purchase was outside the United States (Singapore, specifically.) I then decided to look up reviews and found a ton of negative feedback so I emailed the “customer service” to cancel my order. It was literally 9 minutes after I placed it and they refused to cancel and refund me. I will have to dispute this with my credit card. Very poor customer service and a very shady experience.

Don't buy on here. Support better home grown smaller businesses on etsy. Quality very poor. A so called filled gold 18carat coating bracelet was very brassy and shiny and cheap looking as well as bracelet itself being flimsy. Dapped Chain Bracelet £46!!!

Not good and customer service refused to take a return - i would have had to pay for the return postage, and then they don't refund you, only give u store credit. Terrible shop. AVOID

Spend over £200 for free shipping. No problem at all. Jewellery received, nice enough.

Not happy when a week later I get a letter from FedEx saying I owe £43.55 in shipping/taxes.

I wouldn’t have bought £200 of jewellery if I knew I was going to be charged an additional almost £50!!!

I recently ordered several pairs of earrings and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the jewelry was visually appealing, it was difficult to wear and keep in place. The earrings were extremely challenging to put on, and even after seeking assistance from another person, they fell out of my ear twice within a few days.

Not only were the earrings challenging to wear, but they were also too small and intricate, making it almost impossible to put them on without assistance. The lack of functionality detracted from their overall value, and I found them to be impractical for everyday wear.

While I appreciate the visual appeal of the earrings, I cannot recommend them to others due to their lack of functionality and ease of use. For those who prioritize practicality and functionality in their jewelry, these earrings may not be the best choice.

When I checked out the reviews I was so worried, however, received my goods as ordered within 4-5days. Emails to confirm despatch and delivery tracking and arrived via FedEx.

I panicked reading the reviews after I’d placed 3 separate orders. But everything arrived on time, I love the jewellery, it’s as described, I didn’t get charged any customs fees (UK) and the packaging is perfect to give to someone as a gift. I did find cheaper identical earrings on Etsy though, so I should have done my research but overall happy and would order again

J&CO Jewellry is poor quality and poor service. Learn from my mistake. I just wasted money for garbage
