Fedex :(

Received my order quick and nicely wrapped. So far so good. It was free shipment, but afterwards fedex is mailing me for paying tax almost the amount of my order... Nothing communicated at front. Do not order here or keep in mind you are paying twice (in europe)

I ordered 3 pairs of earrings back in…

I ordered 3 pairs of earrings back in October and have worn them since. They’re good quality and pretty but very small as others noted. After only a few months the one back lost its grip and continues to fall off. They’re extremely hard to get back on due to the minuscule size. I’ve asked the company to replace the backing and they’ve refused since I won’t provide video evidence which is actually impossible. Now they just don’t respond at all to any follow ups which is infuriating. At least stand by your products if they quality fails! So rude.

I ordered from J&CO Jewellery and selected the “free shipping via FedEx” option. I was later hit with a £105 duty and tax bill, which had never been clearly disclosed. After multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve received no response. Be careful - you may be left paying unexpected customs charges.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware: They pose as an American company. I paid $98 for bubble earrings, I got one earring and it isn’t sized to fit a human, a newborn, nobody.
After several attempts to communicate with the company and being ignored, I finally threatened to dispute the charge with my bank, and they responded that they do not have a return policy because of sanitary issues. The earring never went into any ear because it doesn’t fit, nor is it made to fit. They fought the charge with my bank several times and sure enough they won. They will not release the funds back to my bank to release to me after I was willing to send the earring back and pay the extra international fees to send it back. They are a terrible, greedy company. After leaving reviews of Facebook about their product and their horrible customer service, they went so far as to block me.

Poor quality earrings

Poor quality earrings. Ordered a pair of tiny flat-backed earrings, both fell out in less then two days. Nearly £50 down the drain.

Cowboys! Shouldn’t be allowed to trade!

If I could rate zero I would! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! I won’t bore anyone with the terrible service I have endured from this company. That are not worth another minute of my time.
I hope you read all these reviews and decide not to waste your hard earned money buying from, or attempting to buy from these lying cowboys! They shouldn’t be allowed to trade! Take heed people and buy from a reputable brand

Misleading Company - no returns

This company doesn’t offer returns due to their ‘hygiene policy’ which they are definitely not transparent with at the checkout of your items.
Really dodgey and misleading descriptions on their items too.
Terrible customer service. I suspect they’ll see more customers leave the way they’re going.

Overpriced and cheaply made

The post bent the first time I put the earring in and snapped off. Emailed for a refund and they wanted several pictures of the jewelry and then said I can return it for a replacement. The issue is the address is international, they don’t provide a return slip, they tell you just to put the order number in the envelope so it all seems very shady. They said they’ll cover the shipment cost but had a very weird way of doing it and they basically make you jump through hoops.

Fedex costs

I have been sent a letter from a credit agency chasing Fedex import money. I'd destroyed the initial letter thinking it was a scam. why wouldn't the sender pay the correct shipping costs. total rip off. and the pieces aren't that great for the cost

this company is a complete scam

Please be aware that this company is a complete scam. They require you to keep the items you order, even if you don't like them, as they don't accept returns. I don't believe this is legal, and I hope someone has the resources to hold them accountable.

Unexpected shipping payment

Ordered some jewellery, it came and everything was fine. However, now received a message from fedex saying I owe them £50 in shipment fees, don’t order from this company it’s so stressful trying to receive your package and fedex are awful!!

So disappointing

So disappointing
I’ve had several earrings from this site & annoyingly spent a lot of money with them.
I’ve had 3 of the flat back earrings and with all 3, the backs snapped off within a few weeks. The company did replace one but have refused to comment or replace the other 2 despite me sending a video of the broken goods at their request. Every time I comment on their posts on instagram they ‘get in touch’ then ignore me. Bad products and been worse customer service. Not at all happy

Never shopping here again! Unexpected FedEx shipping bill of £66.58! Already paid £240 in total for the jewellery. What a rip off! So angry! I'd give zero stars if i could.

Lovely jewellery, but false advertising!

I ordered 2 earring bars from this company and while they are beautiful, the custom charges are not made explicit on the website - you have to go searching for it. I’m also fairly sure one of the earring bars is faulty as it doesn’t screw on all the way - so much for “easy on, stays on” because it certainly isn’t easy to put on and it fell out of my ear without even touching it.

After reading the reviews here, I have started panicking really bad!
But luckily my experience was absolutely lovely!
My package arrived in 7 days, no extra fees, total purchases was 118£
Came beautifully packaged and the studs and ear cuffs are looking stunning!
The studs are slightly smaller than the ones you can find in uk but not ridiculously small, easy to screw .. love them!
