No support - no service
Had a problem with my subscription, and support told me "We are unfortunately unable to resolve the technical issue with your plan at this time." - this means their website and the service is broken.
Also, 2 weeks to reply to my email - feels like the late '90s, and even then it was unacceptable.
In summary - they can not maintain their service, and they (apparently) can't fix it, so it's just a terrible company with a terrible product.
We will never buy from this appaling company again.
We've had a Tassimo machine for over 3 years and, whilst the coffee is very good, JDE's service is appalling - coffee out of stock, vouchers don't work, poor delivery times and increasing prices. Although some varieties are available in the supermarket, they are not the ones we drink.
So we thought we'd get a L'or machine as we could use any Nespresso compatible pods and the larger L'or pods, to give us more flexibility of supply.
On 27 March I tried to order a machine & pod package, but the L'or website wouldn't accept any payment option - 3 cards & PayPal - from me. Customer service were useless and said it was a problem with my bank - what all of them?? Finally on 28 March we set-up an account in my wife's name & the order was finally accepted. It appears that once you have an account with Tassimo, you can't have an account with L'or - very strange.
On 30 March I received notification form Evri that they had my parcel, but no delivery date. On 5 April we contacted JDE, who said they would contact Evri. On 6 April JDE emailed us to say that they needed 48 hours get get a response from Evri! We phoned JDE who said that it looked like Evri had lost the shipment and offered us a refund, which we accepted. It seemed that JDE customer service don't care if they lose customers - obviously less hassle for them.
So we have ordered a coffee machine from one of their competitors and will never buy from this appaling company again.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Now DISGUSTINGLY BITTER
Oh my life, what have you done to this coffee? I used to love it but now is very bitter. Went to visit my sister, she recommended i have a cup of tea or something else as she found the coffee disgustingly bitter. 2households now who USED TO drink this coffee!

Loved this coffee until a few months ago when they changed the packaging and clearly the blend is different. Aroma is now bitter. My husband walked into the room with a cup of it and I couldn't work out what the awful smell was. The top is now difficult to get off the jar. What on earth are they doing? Is it made outside or within the UK? Why didn't it say on the bottle that it was "new". We've tried ringing customer service but no response. So the simple response from us is: Thank you and goodbye. We are changing brand.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever, in the canary islands, only a few (vert few), of capsules are available.
Have a 20 euro free gift, but Tassimo won't send me any capsule or device.
Shamefull attitude, changed to another company who does sell locally.
Tassimo or jade is worth nothing.
Non existent customer service
Trying to contact customer service is impossible- the phone number they supply doesn’t work and when I found another phone number I gave up after waiting 20 minutes.
Poor customer service
After being given a tassimo coffee machine as a gift I tried to claim the £10 offer when purchasing the t discs from there online store. The order went through without reducing the costs. There was no way to cancel the order without it first being delivered. I tried contacting customer services but have had no response. Very poor service and in contravention of The Consumer Contracts , Cancellation policy. Use at your peril.

Its a great shame that the front line staff just lie to and abuse disabled customers! i don't know when your call center is, but as you are trading in the UK and then must comply with UK law!
