Purchased a compact stylish cream leather two seater and it is perfect for my newly decorated room. The delivery team kept me informed of arrival times and assembled with care. Dammika is professional and very helpful - it's great to find a UK/online company which keeps in contact and gives that personal touch. Well done to the whole team!
The furniture was exactly as advertised and I was even able to customise parts of the sofa! Dammika was so easy to deal with, always in contact & kept me updated every step. She is so personable and makes the whole moving process alot more fun!
There were issues with delays on delivery but through no fault of JD Furniture and they were more than happy to monitor and chase, and in the end, the delivery men were brilliant & Sofas even better!
Will be using again for all the extras, brilliant range of stock!

I have never brought a new sofa online before, so I was a bit apprehensive. Went onto Jdsofafurniture.com and saw a sofa l liked but had some queries. Customer service was very helpful and put my mind at ease. Kept me well informed about delivery and the two men that delivered the sofa put the sofa together with no problems. Would definitely recommend this company and well worth a look.

Hello, I really felt for this company as a whole comedy of errors ensued from day 1. Despite my constant questions and comments that could be 6 plus a day, the company kept engaging in a professional manner. There was always a quick response and if they said they would do something then it got done. love my new statement sofa.

Sofa was not in stock. ETA on new stock and delivery was accurate. They kept me informed but the real heroes are the two delivery guys who tackled two flights of stairs then set sofa up. Thanks.
