I had a disappointing experience with JD Sound & Video. There were several issues with reliability and follow-through throughout the project. On some occasions, they did not show up at the scheduled date and time despite confirming the appointment, or they came late. The overall project also took nearly three months to complete, even though an 8-week timeline had originally been promised.
As part of the agreed scope, an inspection and reconfiguration of a room’s sound system was included at no additional cost. After completing the main work, there was a disagreement regarding payment timing before this remaining portion was completed, and they mentioned legal action against us but eventually, they returned and completed the agreed service, after which I settled the remaining balance.
Overall, the experience felt frustrating and not as reliable or professional as expected.
