I was looking for a particular product for a creative installation, you guys had exactly what I needed. With that a salesperson did reach out to me just to verify that I correctly ordered this product which way I thought was very professional because the product that I ordered was obscure. It's very rare these days that people actually care enough about reaching out to the customer I have a small business and customer relations on top of quality control is huge I think this company jedco follow suit with those ideas thank you for the positive experience!

Order was placed at 2:20pm on 3/21/23 and was not shipped until 3/22/23. I was under the impression that orders placed before 4:00pm would go out the same day.

Easy to order, knew the item was in stock, how much it cost, how much the S&H was, confirmation when ordered and also when shipped.
