Absolutely great ring. Great customer service. Incredible prices. I cannot say more for this company. They went over and beyond to help. Absolutely stunning ring. Bought a ring from Walmart from been Mata stated it's 2 caret princess cut and gold they sent a letter of authenticity and it's fake so contacting state attorney General of consumer protection along with Walmart refused to take back the ring and give me a refund or exchange when in the email says bring it in. So guess both parties are getting sued.

Found a ring offered on Amazon by Jeenjewels. Thought it was a good deal. I was wrong. This mangled piece of metal still sits in its case unused. When it first showed up I was heart broken. Edges were rough and unpolished. Diamonds were of very low quality and cloudy. I took it to a local jewelry repair shop to see if he could fix it and he flat out refused. Said by the time he would be done with it, there wouldn't be any metal left. Also said I wayyyy over paid for the quality of diamonds that were set in the ring. I contacted Jeen Jewels and they did agree to take it back and try to fix it. When it arrived the second time, it looked a little better but nowhere near even low store quality. It served its purpose for the proposal but was replaced a month later with something much better. Save yourself time, heartbreak and money by avoiding this company.

On a side note, if you look at any of the positive reviews on this site, they are all literally written in the same format, with the same spelling errors and writing style. Wondering how many positive reviews Jeen bought with cash they ripped off from their customers. Also, check out their grade "F" rating with the BBB for more real and honest reviews

I just want to point out that nearly every positive review for JeenJewels on this website is written the same way and are divided into paragraphs with either 1 or 2 spaces...seems sketchy. I’m trying to find a good quality ring for a low price and came across JeenJewels on the Walmart website. Upon researching this company further, I keep finding conflicting reviews, including those on this website. Beware!

If not receiving my gumball machine wedding ring on said date wasn't bad enough. The ring looks like a 25 cent gum ball ring to boot! Horrible, deceived, and no phone number to call come to mind...never again is the word of the day.. wish I could post a pic as even the supposed ruby looks plastic....

Ordered a 1ct sapphire with 0.5ct diamond halo ring in 10K white gold in a size 8. Their description said it was an AAA clarity sapphire. First of all the sapphire was horrible quality, wouldn't even qualify as an A clarity stone. The diamonds were barely visible chips, nowhere near 0.5ct. The ring we received was a size 9 and when I took it to a local jeweler to have it sized, the jeweler discovered it was white gold plated over rose gold. The jeweler informed us that the white gold plating would wear off within 6-12 months making the ring look brassy and the band is so thin that we would be lucky if it lasted 2 years even with renewing the rhodium plating 3 times a year. We sent the ring back and have filed a dispute with PayPal which is still under review even though JeenJewels received the ring back 7 days ago according to tracking. Do not trust this company, and if you have already purchased from them you should have a local jeweler evaluation of your jewelry before it's too late to do anything about it. I would give them a zero rating if I could.

I would give this company a zero if I could. I thought I would treat myself to a replacement wedding set with my bonus. I found a beautiful ruby and diamond wedding set for 800.00. Since it came up on Walmart.com I thought I would get a great product. Wrong. The ring was supposed to be a 2 carot real ruby surrounded with diamonds. Nope. Ruby is not even a full carot and all the diamonds are tiny little chips. If I could attach pictures I would. Ring is pretty but should of been only around 100 maybe 200 at the most. They said I could return it but if I wore it at all they would not refund me. There was no way I was going to give them the ring back and lose both the ring and my 800. So I just kept it. Please don’t purchase from this company.

Bridezilla at her Happiest

Really one word that can describe me will be Bridezilla who is a perfectionist and needed everything her way. Ofcourse the engagement ring needed to just perfect. Just the way I wanted it. My Fiancé thought I would never be able to get married as I could not decide on my ring. Then came JeenJewels in the picture.

I can't say enough good things about JeenJewls. They made my engagement ring and my wedding band, which I love. I love it so much that its been over 2 years I still spend time gazing at it. So when I wanted another diamond band there is no one else I would go to.

As always, JeenJewels was extremely helpful and courteous. They custom made just the matching band for me to make my bridal set a trio set. I was set to buy a small engagement ring. I was able to get a bridal set for the budget we had for 1 engagement ring. Really, just one engagement. I was able to get a two rings.

Greed makes the world go around. Ever since I was able to get the bridal set I was thinking about making it a Trio Wedding set. Buy another matching band to it. I was able to keep some money aside and was able to get a new band. The ring I received was exactly what I wanted, and is more beautiful than I could have imagined. They also cleaned and checked the stones on my other 2 rings, and then mailed all 3 of them. JeenJewels, They are the best!!

Please take my advice, looking for a engagement ring, Bridal set or a Trio set in a budget price, go Jeenjewels.

I seldom write reviews, and I buy close to 90% of everything I have online so am quite used to the service and product quality and how to find the right online stores to do business with. As you do, I read reviews and they were very good for JeenJewels.

I first contacted JeenJewels on Dec 24th when I ordered a beautiful diamond engagement ring for the very special lady in my life.

I fully expected that because of the time of year (Christmas Eve) that I would not hear anything about the order until at least after
Christmas and really wouldn't have been surprised if it was after New Years.

I was so surprised and impressed when JeenJewels contacted me on "Christmas Day" to thank me for the order and explain the
production cycle and when I could expect the ring to be shipped.
Jeenjewels followed up through every step, when it went into production, when it went to the jeweller to have the diamonds set, and when it was shipped. It was an amazing experience and by far the best service that I have ever received from an online store or a brick and mortar store.
The ring arrives two days after it was shipped (it is absolutely beautiful) and came in a beautiful ring box, and she loves it.

The quality of the product you will get will impress you, the Service you will get will astonish you, Jeenjewels simply does not have an equal.

Please I beg you do not buy from here. The customer service is nice enough considering they truly are only an email away, but who ever their jeweler is has not had much experience. I was expecting it to not be perfect because of the cost, but here is a list of what was wrong. 1. I bought a wedding set and they were two different size rings. So one fit one did not. 2. I ordered black diamond in rose gold setting. I got a morganite in rose gold. 3. The engagement ring was literally warped. I wish I could post a picture. One edge was flat if that makes sense at all. 4. There are a lit of very small nicks and scratches all over the rings. 5. The width of the bands are different from one side of the ring to the other. (minor problem for me) 6. To return it I had exactly 48 hours to get it in the mail! I WORK!! This upset me because I do not have time through the week until my off day to run errands. I should not have to bend my work day to convenience the company when I did not mess up or dislike it...it just was not what I ordered at all!!

Junky cheap rings! Fake material, that they try to pass of as legit! They send you the wrong order and then when you ask them to fix it they call it "used" and refuse. Terrible customer service! Their "100 % Satisfaction or No Questions Asked Money back Guarantee" is complete BS! The rings fall apart because they are so cheaply made. They appraise at way less than you pay for them (i.e. if you paid $360 expect a $50 appraisal >:( DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! False advertising to the fullest! Just sent an email to my lawyer seeing what my next step is should I not get what I actually bought or at least get a refund. If anyone has had a similar experience let me know, I can recommend a great lawyer. I highly recommend getting your rings appraised by an expert!

Horrible Experience. Put down money for a ring on layaway. Emailed them to cancel the order and they let me know there would be a 14% "cancellation fee". Mind you, this is 14% of the total price of the ring, not 14% of what I put down. These guys have not been inconvenienced in any way whatsoever and the ring was never even made, they are just stealing money. I have never returned an item to a store and had them say “We are going to take 14% of the purchase price for no other reason other than we feel entitled to it.” You can put it in fine print all day long, but at the end of the day this is theft, plain and simple. These people are unethical, immoral and make their own 5 star reviews, buyer beware!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with JeenJewels. I wanted to get a ring that had a diamond and ruby for my parents birthstones, as they wanted to get me something meaningful for a big day but are not around with me anymore. This is my way of cherishing and sharing their memories with my husband.

The ring that I wanted was actually on their website but with a different color stone. I contacted them to change the stone for me, they worked extremely hard to make sure that the ring would be beautiful even within my very limited budget.

They emailed me with all of the options to fit my budget and ruby setting that I wanted. They also were able to rush the order at no additional cost in order for me to have it to wear for my BIG DAY.

I gave this company a 2 star for their quick response via email. Otherwise it would have been zero. Their engagement rings are not as advertised. I picked out an engagement ring from their website and what I received was totally different from the picture shown and it looked fake, I brought this to their attention with photos and they did not offer to strive to get me what I wanted. So disappointed. Even my fiance did not like it.

PERFECTION IN A BUDGET - JEENJEWELS

I recently purchased an engagement ring which is one of the biggest and most momentous purchases one will make.

I was more nervous about the purchase itself than I was about the actual proposal. After hours of research and comparisons to other companies I honed in on JeenJewels to begin the process of finding the ring. I had done my research on the 4 C's but it's still overwhelming to retain all of that information and weed through a massive selection and information.
