It took over a week for the order to arrive.

Horrible customer service, it's 2025 hire someone to answer phone calls and emails! They sent me the wrong tonneau cover for my truck and so far, we have 17 emails explaining that my truck has a short box not a long box. We even sent pictures of the wrong part in the original box. As I said 17 emails, so it is going on 3 weeks that I am trying to get the right cover. They only answer one email a day and say that they will get back to you within 24 hours. I am now getting a hold of the Better Business Bureau. Please be careful! If the company doesnt have a phone number or call customers back, there is a reason SHADY. Looking through the reviews they have quite a few wrong parts and only recieving 16% of their money back due to restocking fees! Also, even if you try to write a review from their website it is blocked and they won't let you.

Ordered on Friday, shipped same day, arrived the following Tuesday, in original packaging, great condition, everything wrapped and protected. Biggest discount I could find for this product. Would order through Jeep and Truck Parts again!
