Deposit Lost Due to Misleading Bonus Structure – No Goodwill Resolution
I signed up to JeetCity as a new player to try the platform using their welcome bonus and deposited $30. I never intended to gamble my own money.
What is not clearly disclosed during signup, deposit, or bonus activation is that the system automatically uses real-money funds before bonus funds. This critical condition is buried deep in the terms and conditions and is very easy for a new user to miss. As a result, my real-money deposit was consumed without my informed understanding.
When I cancelled the bonus believing only bonus funds would be affected, my actual deposit was removed. I contacted support multiple times and escalated the issue. Despite acknowledging that the case was reviewed by a higher department, JeetCity refused any goodwill refund and placed full responsibility on the customer.
I was not asking for winnings or bonus money, only the return of my deposit that was lost due to unclear and non-transparent bonus mechanics. There is also no reputable third-party dispute resolution available for this casino.
This experience felt misleading and unfair. New players should be extremely cautious, as the bonus system operates in a way that can easily cause you to lose your deposit without realizing it.

I want to be clear that this was not a misunderstanding on my part, but an issue of insufficient disclosure at the point of deposit. Referring to this as “expectations not aligning” minimizes the core problem: the bonus balance mechanics were not clearly explained to a new player before funds were committed.
Transparency should not require contacting support after the fact.
