Very unhappy and in pain
I came to Jefferson dental when I had full dental coverage to have my teeth extracted based on x-rays my dentist had taken i suffered 13 strokes so I have to have them extracted at a medical facility just in case there so called dentist took x-rays again and came to me and said and I quote "I can't in good conscience pull good teeth " mind you he drilled holes in most of them which makes you question how were they so good he did fillings on the remaining teeth and they fell out some that afternoon and all of them within 3 weeks I had a tooth break that was supposed to be a post for the partial the partial took almost 7 months to receive and when I did they didn't fit right so they had them a few more months when I did et them back it already had a missing tooth now I have a different insurance that only covers a portion of the costs but they keep calling me trying to get me to afford their treatment plan mind you had the first dentist just done what was asked of him I would already have full dentures and i wouldn't be in pain i feel they should try and make this right I guess we will see

Well still waiting and they are now saying the bottom are the original but they are NOT. I cold Corporate and that was no help, they keep giving me the run around. I have to go another year and half to find someone to help me, so you have to know how I couldn’t eat any meat just soft food. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JEFFERSON DENTAL!!!

I wrote a few months ago on the bad experience I had with rufesnow office. I found out a lot that they did to me as a patient; was wrong and was handling money fraudulently. I thought they were working with me honestly but not. I’m supposed to be getting a refund and that was three months ago. No results. I’m so afraid of going back to get work done i’m exhausted two years of dealing with this, I’m going to reach out and see what I can do to resolve this situation. I now need my bottom dentures and gums fixed now. And am afraid to go back to them. I can’t believe how crazy this situation has been. I have anxiety and am frustrated.

If I could choose-10 I would. This is the worst dental office I’ve ever used. The insurance I had, they told me it didn’t cover anything. The girl said if it was her she’d cancel it. So when I I went back for an extraction I had to pay double the price it was with my insurance, bc I cancelled the insurance. Plus I had to pay another $50 bc I didn’t have insurance!
They never answered the dam phone
They never answered the dam phone. But when you have an appointment, the ring your phone off the dam walls. This is sad
Warning- Even with double Insurance they will send you a bill months after service and then put the bill on your credit report when you don't pay it.
Told me to come in on Saturday for teeth cleaning and when I showed up, I was told they don't do cleaning on Saturday. Then they sent me a bill of $159 after both my insurances paid and told me the charge is not covered by Insurance. Now it is a collection on my credit report.

Called Jefferson Dental because my crown fell off and I told them I just needed my crown glue on.when I called we already made a deal to get a crown put on but I found my crown and brought it in and after payment they pull a fast one they told me if I get the xrays they glue it for free well that was a scam.after being paid they wouldn't glue my crown back on.. i told them that the root has a splint put in and the dentist didn't listen all she tried to do was give me a root canal. I told them im getting a implant in and kick me out after receiving the money..root canels are very bad for you and I told them im going to Istanbul soon and I have a warranty from my dentist out there..like I said after being paid she left me with a fang tooth not covered so now it will get cavity and ill have more dental issues..BEWARE their total liars and scammers..all they care about is taking your money and leaving you with a open wound ..all they care about is money.not you're health
Over the past six years
Over the past six years, I have experienced ongoing issues due to faulty dental work performed at Jefferson Dental’s Arlington, TX location. I have had crowns placed and replaced four separate times, each time due to them falling out or breaking — according to dentists involved in each case, the original work was not done correctly.
On the final attempt, one of the crowns was clearly loose. The office removed it, and it broke soon after. I was told the remaining tooth would be extracted along with another failing crown. Due to trauma and pain, I was given a partial denture as a temporary solution — with the verbal promise that Jefferson Dental would correct the situation.
However, when I returned in June 2024, I was told that there were no records of my prior procedures and that the original team was no longer employed there. Instead of honoring the promise to fix the situation, the office presented me with an estimated bill of nearly $20,000 to repair the dental work — much of which I believe should be corrected at no cost due to prior errors.
Additionally:
I have been unable to eat or speak properly due to a loose crown and missing teeth.
The dental work has resulted in bad breath, speech problems, and daily embarrassment.
Other dentists have refused to work on the existing crowns or accept Jefferson Dental’s X-rays.
My insurance at the time clearly stated that crowns should not require this level of repeated replacement.
When I asked for corporate contact info, I was given two non-working phone numbers. I was told someone would follow up with me — no one has.
I have been patient and cooperative through years of repeated, painful procedures. I now feel ignored, dismissed, and stuck with unresolved dental issues that have significantly affected my health and quality of life.
Desired Resolution:
I am requesting:
A full investigation into the dental work performed at the Arlington office.
Access to my complete treatment records, including all X-rays.
A corrective treatment plan at no cost, due to the documented history of poor dental work.
A direct response from corporate leadership.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue additional action through the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and/or legal counsel.

The Jefferson Dental clinic on Pioneer…
The Jefferson Dental clinic on Pioneer in Grand Prairie appears to be very incompetent. It seems like its a dental school charging professional dentistry rates. I had been trying to complete my treatment plan all while the crowns that I had install ed by Jefferson Dental kept popping off, I came in numerous of times to have crowns resealed over and over!! They then refer me to a orthodontist for crown lenghthening over 800.00 and they told me that once the procedure was done they would replace the crown that kept popping off. Welp when time came to replace crown they looked in the computer and then tell me.....Oh your insurance will not cover another crown in the same location for 2 years!!! Mind you I have had to constantly wait for hours only for different dentist as well as dental assistance are always different and everyone seems clueless. One of the dentist told me that I had something left in my mouth from a root canal done over 5 years ago, mind you Jefferson Dental has done ALOT of x rays due to perm crowns falling out like temps. So why all of my previous x rays(done by them) had never ever shown this LIE that this fraud dentist came up with smh. I was so mad and the manager had the nerves to ask me if I was going to Repay them for a crown that I'd already paid for!! His question was are you gonna get it done? My answer was yes but not by you all!!! I've wasted enough time and money and I still have 2 missing crowns that is messing up my very expensive smile. Please don't go to Jefferson Dental if you value your time and money, The manager could see all the multiple times I had the crowns resealed, so he should have honored what they said they would do. I should have quit going to them after Dr Burnstad left. Silly me

This place is complete trash. The people who work here are frighteningly incompetent to the point where they are a danger to anyone who walks through the door.
I made a follow appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning. While I was pulling into my appointment they called and asked to reschedule my appointment because the dentist there that day did not take my insurance. Mind you this appointment was made 6 months in advance. I rescheduled for the following week.
Today I go to my appointment, mind you the first appointment of the day, after 2 hours of waiting, I approached the front desk and told them if been waiting for 2 hours and that I had a meeting to go to in an hour. She asked if I wanted to be scheduled....AGAIN. I told her I would like them to honor their appointment and she told me that they are very busy and I would either have to reschedule or deal with it.
I then asked for a corporate number to which no one knew. I waited for almost 10 minutes for them to give me a nonworking number. I asked who actually ran the place and they said they didn't know and that I would have to talk to Natalie. Well Natalie wasn't there. This was all starting to make sense on why the place was falling apart. The person who supposedly runs the circus wasn't there.
I would avoid this trash dump and all the incompetent people who work there.

I have gone to this Dental clinic for the last two years. I have always payed the total amount before I leave the office. However, I keep receiving bills saying that I owe hundreds. They have a third party with the clinic that verify the insurance. And they do this a couple months after you have the procedure done. Which they don’t tell you if it did cover or not but in clinic, they tell you it did. Every time I try to call or talk with someone in billing or in office no one answers, or you get the run around, or voicemails are full, or youre told you have to come to the office but when you do there is no one with knowledge to assist you.
So if you have PRIVATE INSURANCE, please do not go to this dental clinic they will charge you more after they tell you that everything has been completed and paid. You will receive a bill of hundreds and hundreds of dollars that you will still owe
I never read the reviews, but if you do you’ll see that a lot of patients are complaining about the same thing

Terrible experience with a terrible dentist I would not recommend anyone ever go there I went in for dentures. The dentist dose not listen to a thing you say and is condescending . He left a large root sticking out of my gums and would not remove it when asked instead I was told don’t worry about it that it was good for dentures and I had to just get used to it When I received my dentures they didn’t fit properly, they hurt my mouth and they looked terrible when I had problems with the way the dentures were made he stole them out of my lap, refused to give them back to me and made me leave the office These people are Crooks and thieves as my insurance has already paid $1500 for these dentures
Savings plan scam
I called them first and the girl said she was new, and didn't know anything about the savings plan. She put me on hold for 10 minutes and then someone hung me up. I went there because YOU CAN NOT sign up for the the savings plan online. So I signed up and they took me back and did xrays and an exam. I had a small problem with only one tooth, but they proceeded to tell me a list of cavities they said I had. I asked about the one tooth and all Doctora ( from a south country) said was she had to pull it for 785$. Bait and switch. Then they just ignored me and left me sit until I finally left on my own. This is an evil place. Don't go here, they will only rip you off hard. I would give them No Stars if I could. I lost 50$ I could not afford to lose, and I still had problems. These cheap scam coupons they send out are just to pull you in so they can hose you off.
Confusion
I missed my first appointment this year because it was made but no one from the dental center called to tell me about it until after I missed it. We rescheduled and when I got there I waited over an hour before they told me they were running way behind and suggested I reschedule. So I have and we'll see how long it takes this time.

My name is Naomi Landregan and I have been going to Jefferson Dental. I have had $7,300 worth of work that I paid cash after every visit. I got a bill for $100 they never could explain. They never could tell me what it was for and turned it into a collection agency. I paid it. Now I am on insurance and paid for a cleaning that was not covered. 4 months later I received a bill for $150.00 then 5 months later for $350.00. I refuse to pay because they will not show me why? They have been the most unprofessional Dentist...ever. They NEVER handle the problems.

I would not recommend any Jefferson Dental offices. The in-office providers were always kind, however, their billing procedures are very unprofessional. In multiple instances, Jefferson Dental sent me to collections for services I did not owe money for. They incorrectly billed my insurance for services that were not billable multiple times. They do not honor agreements they make with insurance providers and would bill things incorrectly just to get more money out of me. After my insurance company had rejected their claims multiple times due to incorrect billing, they sent me to collections for money I did not owe. They are still sending me to collections for services they billed incorrectly years ago. I have spent hours of my life on the phone with their collectors and have had my insurance representative send multiple letters and EOB's just to get them to leave me alone. They outsource their billing so they can dump any responsibility for their unethical and unjust billing practices on the Regional Adjustment Bureau. If you have any problems with your bill (believe me you will), good luck getting someone from Jefferson on the phone. You will wait on hold for half an hour and get transferred around to multiple representatives before they put you through to an RAB representative who will be unable to do anything to help fix the problem. Unless you want to be billed years on end for services you do not owe money on, do NOT choose Jefferson Dental. It is just bad business.

The chairs at the waiting room are torn up , the services of this dentist stuff is terrible. The receptionist at the front is very rude, the office manager is disorganized and the Dentist Tan is self-centered or got intellectual issues. She asked you the same question repeatedly. If you pointed it out, she became irritated and threatened not to treat you.
The office manager made an 5/7/24 appointment for me. I went that day and waited 2 hours for the dentist, I was mad and my Blood Pressure was high, ended up I was not treated that day.
In addition to the above this dentist is a rip off artist. I need to visit them 3 times to get my cavity treated. In addition to root canal treatment, they requested clinic crown lengthen and gum surgery both were denied by my insurance. I went to another Dentist; I got my root canal done in one visit. My tooth is fixed without any complication
The last not the least. They refuse to treat you, if your blood pressure is high. No other dentist does that. So, watch out, be calm not got mad or they will not treat you.
Billing doesn't know how to bill Insurance
I called 3 times before today-now 4 times. Before calling the Jefferson Dental billing. I checked my Ins. they hadn't received a claim . OK, sometimes thing fall through the cracks- maybe once but not 3 . Today 5/14/24 I was told that a supervisor would call. I'm not waiting again. Now Cust, Svc is very nice and polite, just saying yes & no, to questions . Plus their apologies. Today got a bill if no payment is rec'd- then collection. I went online to do payment (don't want to lose my credit score) couldn't register then called the payment number listed - no one answered. I will not go back to Jefferson Dental only becaz of their billing.
