I was skeptical at first, BUT DEFINITELY WORTH IT
I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I started tbh, but after 8 weeks I’m down 4kg and I've never been happier about my body. I’m using Jeff's routine that works around the limited time I have with work and my 2 children. I’m also exercising regularly now, drinking a bit less on weekends, and feeling much more confident in myself.
I don't think I could have done this without Jeff. He's always easy to talk to, knows his stuff, and keeps you on track - really helped when I couldn’t be asked to go to the gym on a Thursday. I’d recommend him to anyone who’s been putting off getting started, as I really struggled getting in shape before Jeff (I kept excuses).
