I just bought the color "Funeral Parlour" from the velvet trap new collection. First I try it on, noticed that It's not very pigmented as the publicity suggested. Confortable yes until you realise that there's a sandy sensation when you bite...ive never had that sensation with a lipstick...not pleasant at all. Feel like a gust of wind on Venice beach went straight in my mouth.. The color ia very pretty, but It's a no go for me sorry Jeffree. 🖤

I usually like the products
I usually like the products, but my last experience was not the best and I will not be ordering online again. My package was delivered to the wrong adress by tha mailing company. I contacted customer service and at first they told me it was still woth the shipping company so I checked, but it wasn't. When I contacted them again to let them know of the mistake it took 3 emails and an entire month for them to answer. And when they finally, they asked my if I wanted the palettes I had ordered or a refund to which I said I wanted the palettes. But then a day later I got an email saying they refunded me.... But only the palettes cost! I STILL PAID THE SHIPPING (International shipping which is 17 used....) thats a lot for getting nothing. Pretty done woth them.

First time ordering from Jeffery star website and I’m very pleased. I ordered on 11-05-20 and got delivered this morning 11-09-20. Got the blue blood pallet, the blood sugar pallet, controversy pallet and the Mini conspiracy pallet. Very pleased and my daughter will be happy xmas morning.

The formula for the eyeshadows are amazing as always
They performed beautifully and blend out like a dream
You don’t even need much for pigment and it’ll last you for so long so pretty much worth the money

First time ordering with this company…
First time ordering with this company and safe to say I wouldn’t do it again. I ordered a pallet and some lipsticks for a friends birthday in September because I knew she loved them. Ordered them on the 28th of august 2020 it said it would take up to 15 days delivery. Fine that’s plenty of time to get here. Well it’s now the 5 of November and still no package...
Customer service responses on multiple occasions have just simply been “oh we can see it’s on its way” then when I asked if I could possibly get a refund for this no show item that no one could tell me where it is only that it was on its way, I then was told yet again “oh it’s on its way, we are sure it will be there shortly. Now I’m not silly I know COVID has prolonged shipping and it takes abit long but you website clearly states delivery within 15 days I have been waiting 2 and a half months and still no product. The shipping tracking doesn’t even tell me where it is all it says is “package on route to destination” which it has said that for 2 and a half months...

There was a time when I truly loved Stars products. I spent thousands of $$ buying his products. Then I learned that his products are poisonous garbage but even worse is how his website customer service treated me. I will never purchase his crap again. I’m an older woman who has tried many many brands through the years. Ladies better to stick with brands that you can buy at reputable department store. Stars greed has got the best of him. I’m not quite sure why the reviews here are so negative, but I’ve always had a great experience with Jeffree Star Cosmetics. I once had a package delivered destroyed, but they were accommodating, even though it was most likely the courier’s fault. Also, when a courier took my package to the wrong city, they refund my money. Their customer service is polite & they’re pretty quick in their response time. I might be the odd person here, but I’m really happy with their services.
In terms of product quality, that’s A+ grade. I love how pigmented everything is, the colour stories, the selection, the sizes, & honestly everything. The packaging is beautiful too. I collect those and the cards inside too. 😊
I also love that they have multiple payment options & they ship to Canadian PO Boxes.
I’d recommend JSC on any day to anyone who is willing to listen. Whether you’re a makeup enthusiast, a collector or a MUA, JSC are must haves.
Awful customer service
I purchased 2 palettes for my girlfriends birthday, for a combined price of $98. The product was supposed to ship in 10 days, but after a full month, they hadn’t even shipped it out yet or sent any notice of delays in shipping. I sent a message to customer service and after several days they said “we’ll look into it and get back in 48 hours”. A full 7 days later, I hadn’t received any response so I messaged them again and they said “We lost the package 🥺” (With that emoji.... I know.) They then said they could ship one out or refund me. I clearly stated I did not want a refund, and that I wanted the product delivered, to at least be a late birthday present. They then sent me an email saying “We refunded you!” So now my girlfriend has no birthday present to open on her birthday. This was a horrible experience and I will never buy from JSC again.
step up your customer service
I ordered a makeup bag amongst other things - everything was fine and well until the make up bag broke after less than a year of nearly being used. I contacted customer service to see what we could do about it, now I have been back and forth with them for closer to 2 months. I sent an email - they avoid my question about how long the warranty is, then they won't respond to my email for 3 weeks - so I have to send it twice, after the second email I get a vage answer that avoids my original question.
Excellent Customer Service
I have had several orders from Jeffree Star Cosmetics and have been very impressed with both the quality of the products and with the customer service team. On the rare occasions when I have had problems (due to items getting delayed or lost in transit) they have been really helpful and have refunded or replaced very quickly. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Love Jeffree Star eyeshadows
Love Jeffree Star eyeshadows! I have 3 of his palettes and they are so smooth and pigmented. They’re so pigmented that I can cover up mistakes without taking off my eyeshadow. Everyone complains about fallout, but I haven’t experienced that. The Cremated palette has some fallout but what eyeshadow doesn’t? His shadows blend do well, and I’ll never go back to cheap eyeshadows again. Definitely worth the money! Saving up for the Orgy palette!
4 month and still waiting...
Ordered a highlighter and the blood Sugar palette and waited over 3 month just to be told that the package got send back to them again... Then they resend it but now it was only the highlighter that was resend... so now I have to pay shipping again (which is 17.09$ x2)

Bought cremation pallet and it is awful. Lots of fall out on try and face. Emailed customer support months ago and no reply. All my friends asked me how I liked it before they buy it. Said your better off with drug stores makeup and his customer service sucks cause I got no reply!
Disappointing Mirror Purchase.
I ordered my daughter a mirror from Jeffery Star. I ordered this in April. Eventually I had a post office card in June to say that my item had a £15.19 customs charge. I was not happy. I had paid $30.00 for the mirror and $16.20 for postage and now need to pay more. After paying this because my daughter was upset. The best thing about this was the box. Very disappointed will not order again. Over priced RUBBISH.
First JSC order experience
First JSC order experience. Not good. Never got items. Ordered 4 items from the June 20, 2020 restock. Waited more than almost month package never came to Canada. Understood, Covid. Kept checking tracking and at one point, tracking changed from in route back to processing. Messaged CS. Got response after few days. Said allow 6 days. A week after, (mind you this is almost 2 month after) got a mesage from CS saying courrier lost my package and if I want reship or refund. I said reship. They asked me to cofirm twice. Last confirmation was July 24. Said they will reship. And i got confirmation order. Aug 4. Got a message that 2 items which in my order are not available and that i will be refunded (the 2 item i mist wanted). No asking if I want anything else or whatev ever. I told them to refund all thing. They did immediately. But overall. I just lost about CAD 20.00 due to currency exchange and got credit card interests on items I never had. Not ordering ever again.

I ordered the Cremated palate at the point of it being launched as a surprise for my daughter and whilst I understand that Covid has had an impact, she has still not received it. After paying for the product and international postage the package cannot be delivered as there is payment outstanding!! £19.00 in tax 🤬NOT HAPPY!!! 🤬 Won’t be ordering again.
