Cases never received
Purchased cases in October and still have not received them or any tracking information. Our emails have not been replied to and we would like a refund at this stage or tracking information at the very least!

Absolutely the worst possible company…
Absolutely the worst possible company to order from. Ordered my daughters cell phone case 4 months ago and still have not received it. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times and they just keep telling me they’ll get back to me, but nothing ever happens. The status online says unfulfilled, but I have not been refunded or given a reason. If I could leave a screenshot of my order with the date and “ unfulfilled” status, I would.

Quick update on last review
Quick update on last review - I can only conclude this site is a scam or completely dysfunctional. Despite assurances my concerns had been elevated, there is no updates from customer service or the shipping status of goods. Goods ordered on 25 November and shipped on 27 November, no change in the shipping status since that date. I’ve asked for a refund so hopefully that request will be responded to, unlike requests for shipping updates.

Don’t bother!
I ordered a phone case & screen protector and received order confirmation immediately, card was charged. Then NOTHING. No shipping confirmation or tracking number. I emailed Jelly Cases a month after the order and still no response a month and a half later. Really unprofessional. Does this company rely on people not bothering to pursue a their missing orders?? I wish i had researched them on Trust Pilot prior to placing my order.
UPDATE:
I emailed support@ Dec 12 asking for a status update on my order, directing them to give me a full refund if they could not supply the product. I received a reply the next day saying "It appears there may be an issue with the delivery of your order. Have you been contacted by the delivery company regarding this matter? We are here to assist you further and ensure you receive your case promptly."
I told them that I couldnt contact a delivery company because I never received shipping confirmation or a tracking number from Jellycases in the first place!
Still awaiting a reply....
RESOLVED 19/12/23:
After leaving a negative review on Trustpilot, Jellycases got in touch with me to say they had processed a full refund. This took two days to land in my account.
I’ve updated my rating from one to two stars as i did finally receive a refund. But as stated earlier, communication from the company has been extremely poor and i did not receive any shipping confirmation or replies to earlier emails i had sent enquiring on the status of my order.

SCAM
i ordered my case back in early september and i got an order confirmation email right away and a order number (Order #105564). I waited about a month and had heard nothing about my order so i decided to email the company for the first time. I then got another email saying that shipping was delayed and that i should allow 28 business days for my order to be shipped. I have now been waiting 3 months for tracking information and have emailed 3 times and still have recieved nothing back from the company. this place is a scam do not purchase anything from them

This place is a scam. Ordered my case back in September. Quickly got an order confirmation followed by an email saying it’s delayed. There is no tracking. I have emailed twice to find out what’s going on with no reply. I have applied for a refund and no reply. No correspondence whatsoever. Very frustrated and disappointed at the deceit, fraudulence and complete lack of professionalism.

Never received my order, or even a confirmation of shipment. I emailed customer service after 2 weeks of waiting and have not heard from them since. It has been 6 weeks now since I made my order back in October!

Ordered a phone case and screen protector and never received it, and they wont refund me my money!
I ordered this case along with a screen cover in September 8, 2023. Today is November 29, 2023 and I still have not received my order.
I reached out to Jelly Cases on Sept. 28 to get information on what was going on with my order.
I didn't get a response until Oct. 6 with Ellah saying she would check with the shipping department and excuses about huge lapses in replies. I didn't hear back from her.
October 12, 2023 I sent another email. this time letting them know I hadn't received my order, and that I wanted a refund.
October 28, 2023 After not receiving a response I reached out again asking that they cancel my order and refund my money.
November 1, 2023 Jelly Cases responded saying they lost my order, and would have to file a lost claim for the package. They offered to send me another phone case and wanting me to give them my shipping details again.
I replied to their message saying I want to cancel my order and wanted a refund. I haven't heard from them since. They have my money but I don't have what I purchased. I would never purchase from them again. What a horrible company and horrible customer service. It's Ridiculous! Don't waste your time!

Ordered a phone case early october
Ordered a phone case early october, received information about a delay, I emailed several times about my order and received an e-mail that it was "lost". At this point I just wanted my money back and after weeks and weeks they offered to send another phone case.. I e-mailed that I just wanted a refund and heard NOTHING! No money refund, nothing! I'm contacting my credit card company to get a refund and report this company.

SCAM!! Phone case hasn’t come in months😡
I’ve been waiting over a month for my phone case to come (ordered on Oct 22). 2 days after I ordered it I got an email saying my order is delayed and I never received a tracking number so I have no information on where my order could be. I emailed them a few days ago asking for information on my order and haven’t gotten any response back but when I looked at the website the phone case I ordered is no longer on there so that’s very sketchy. I wish I researched the company before ordering because every review I’ve seen are saying it’s a scam and they never received their order and the company just takes their money. Very upset with this company and I just want my money back at this point😡
UPDATE JAN 12: I emailed them based on their reply to this review and still haven’t heard anything back, it’s been months at this point. This company is 100% a scam!!!

I ordered from this company back in September and after receiving an order confirmation I heard nothing. I have raised 2 support tickets asking initially for an update, and then a refund and I have still had no response, even when contacting them through instagram. Dreadful customer service and scammers who have taken my money and not delivered my purchase or refund!

I ordered a case in September 2023. When I didn't get a shipping confirmation I e-mailed them in October 2023. A help desk ticket was created. No news and it is now almost the end of November 2023. This company is a scam. I doubt I will receive anything from them and they don't give you a phone number to call. Hiding behind e-mail.

Why oh why didn't I read the reviews BEFORE I made a purchase from this joke company! Schoolboy error! If you've read the rest of the reviews, you'll know the pattern I've experienced - placed an order (Jelly Cases happily snaffle up my money)...the case doesn't arrive. I chase them several times and receive an automated response which gives you a 'ticket number' - fools you into thinking someone is going to respond and deal with it on their behalf. Of course not! Tumbleweed! Despite their protesting on this site, this is either a scam company or the best you can hope for is that they're just incompetent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
