Ordered two cases over three weeks ago and have not received them or any shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed to ask for an update but have had no response.
Update for reply: I have already emailed your support team as stated above and have not had a reply.
2nd update: I have checked my spam folder multiple times today and have not received any response. This is getting quite frustrating now and I’d like a refund please.

I ordered an iPhone case in September of 2023. My credit card was charged immediately but I have never received my order. I have had about three replies from customer service with shipping excuses by that is all. I would not order a thing from this company. This company should be sued.

A strange experience…
Finally received 2 cases after almost 2 months. The cases came separately a couple of weeks apart…? And the colour was a little off. “Sand Pink” is more of a bright baby pink and “forest green” is more a sage. Very strange and inconsistent.

This website is a SCAM
This website is a SCAM. They will take your money and never send you your order. I placed an order two weeks ago and never received a shipping confirmation. I have sent multiple emails and DMs on Instagram with no response, other than one response on Instagram asking me to send information I had already sent so they can email me back. They never emailed back. I am now filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

Would not recommend. Second time ordering from Jelly Cases. First time shipping took forever and I had to follow up multiple times. "Got lost" Thought it was a fluke. Second time, again followed up multiple times. This time no response, no case. It's been 2 months since ordering.

Junk.
I ordered a “glass” case and I figured it would be plastic with a name like jelly but it’s not remotely shiny like glass and it’s super cheap looking and basic. Looks like something you’d get from 5 Below or the Dollar Store. $22 for junk and weeks of waiting. Do not recommend.

EDIT - As you can see they have provided a generic reply to my review below. I have emailed numerous times with no reply, I have forwarded my emails to the support email they provide below and yet what a surprise no response. Even to suggest that there is a shipping issue out of their control is ridiculous, they haven't shipped anything! They take your money and don't send the items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! And at Jellycases if you intend to reply again, dont bother I'll just have a refund thanks. If you suggest emailing your team then perhaps you should reply to your emails.

Absolute terrible customer service. I ordered my case and it came in two months later. I sent many emails and only once or twice did I even get a reply. Will not be ordering from again.

I ordered my case in October… it’s may…
I ordered my case in October… it’s may and it still hasn’t been delivered to my house. I’ve sent various emails and at first they responded saying it would be delayed, but then when I mentioned a refund since I still hadn’t received my case they stopped responding. My best friend had the same experience but a couple months later she had gotten her case this was years ago and I ordered thinking maybe the issue had been fixed, guess not. Just dont order from here if ur thinking about it, totally not worth the money u wont be getting back

SCAMMMMMM!! Ordered a case on 4/7//24. When I didn't receive the order or any shipment notification a full month later I wrote an email to inquire. I couldn't obtain any shipment or tracking info via shopify either. There was an auto response to my email, that it was being reviewed. 15 days and one follow up email later and I still haven't heard a thing or received the case.
Also, if you try to visit jellycases.com now it says the store is unavailable.
