Over a decade and still going strong!

My daughter has had her “bun bun” for over a decade. He has flown over 60,000 miles, been chewed up by our dogs, sewed back together by our kind neighbor - three times! We have a handful of jellycats (smudge, brownie, jerboa (rat we acquired in Paris), baguette, croissant and pigeon. These are expensive stuffies but last and last. I hope bun bun makes to her kiddos! PS Jellycat can you send us some eyes for bun bun - ours have been missing for years!

Always a positive experience

Love the product and the standard of delivery and service is amazing. If I have ever had a query the customer service team have always answered with kindness and professionalism. I have supported this brand for years and love that I can now enjoy it with my daughter.

Appalling customer service

I ordered the space peanut for my daughter and when it arrived the hat was wonky and had been sewn too close to the eyes, I emailed JC and got 1 reply days later asking for more info … that has now been over a week and I have had nothing back…. For the price of them they have an appalling customer service…. No wonder people buy fakes

Each of our Jellycats is hand‑finished, so small variations in details like shape, stitching, or placement of features can occur, and a slightly uneven or lower‑positioned hat would usually be considered within our normal quality standards. Jellycat Forever

Never collected plushies until I was introduced to Jellies. What a rabbit hole this has turned out to be…. I’m infatuated.
Love purkks ( they need higher levels though), love how easy it is to order and get the thrill of seeing the postie with the blue bag. Website is clear and easy to set up stock alert notifications. Plushies are always superb quality and communication to buyer excellent. Love getting Jelly updates via emails/ newsletter. Return options easy ( I’ve personally never returned anything from JC, the floofs were chosen for me) but option is there for people that do require it.

Disastrous - and no attempt to resolve

I placed an order nine days ago and still haven't received it. I'm especially frustrated because it was supposed to be an Easter gift for my grandson, which this year was also his birthday. For that reason, I paid extra for premium delivery, just to be sure. Unfortunately the delivery has bounced around the UK and is now further away from me than it was three days ago. DHL are the very worst courier service.

I emailed and received a basic acknowledgement which said somebody would be in touch with me with a resolution, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Very disappointed.
