Customer service is slow and convoluted

The bag is nicely made and once I figured out how to lock the cart—it worked too. However, it held much less than I expected it to hold based upon the videos. I want to return it but I am two emails in without instructions on how I might do so.

I was expecting the piece with rollers… it has now been 6 days and I have not heard from Jennibag and I am leaving for my trip. I am now asking for a return label for this Jennibag with no wheels.

I was expecting the piece with rollers to be included. I’m am also 70 years old and carrying that bag for such distances in international airports (which are where I’ll be traveling) extremely difficult. I don’t think I can do it. I would like to know why it didn't come with the rollers as this is what I believed I was purchasing.

False Advertisement/Video editing

Your product is falsely advertised. All videos show a time lapse between packing in each section. When they show the bag at the 2nd level, zipped as a carry on, there is nothing in the garment bag (1st level). I repacked 4 TIMES and you cannot zipper at final packing (and the zippers are garbage, split instantly. Clothes in the garment bag immediately fall to the bottom, thus making that part too bulky to close the bag. I have received 2 customer service emails, which are clearly robotic, that i would be contacted by quality control I bought 2 bags and it was a waste of money.

3 Week ship time for a duffel bag

UPDATE: I received my bag in time (3 weeks past order date because it ships from Singapore) but it will NOT take the place of a full-sized suitcase. It's another duffle carryon mixed with a garment bag. Not worth the $89.85. Asked to return since I already have a carryon and will need to use my full-size suitcase for my trip.

I ordered the bag and paid $89.85 on 9/9/25 for a trip I'm taking on 9/26. I got a "your bag was shipped" I got a generic message that the bag was shipped, but No tracking since. I ordered direct from website!!

I was expecting the piece with rollers to be included. I’m 70 years old and carrying that bag for such distances in international airports (which are where I’ll be traveling) extremely difficult. I don’t think I can do it.

Nice bag

The Jenni bag is attractive and will be out to immediate use for my upcoming trip. It is light, looks sturdy and had plenty of space.

Shipping took awhile, but be patient.

Terrible Zipper - Useless bag

I was so excited about the JenniBag. I ordered it to go on a trip to Europe. I am packing for the 1st time tonight to leave tomorrow and the inside suit bag zipper ( the long center one) broke and the bag is useless. So disappointed.

as very excited to receive my Jenny…

Was very excited to receive my Jenny bag today upon unpacking it. I realize there is no 2 wheel thing to card it with which they said would come with it or the 4 wheel either one which I didn't pay for the 4 wheel. But the way the advertisement read it came with at least the 2 wheel that you could put it up on and roll it through the airport with you. So this is no better than your average. Joe bloblow duffel bag that goes on your shoulder or gym bag, not worth the $89. I paid for it and the 3 and a 1 weeks worth of waiting for it to be shipped next. I don't know where they get the idea that one4 days worth of clothes will fit into this bag. I'm an average size Is an American and I'm pretty sure it's not gonna hold all the clothes that I would need for 14 days, not taking anything extra. But I'm gonna pack up the bag tonight. And see how well it works. I had hopes of eliminating the 2 suitcases. I have to take with me anytime. I fly, however, I believe this would just probably be trended to a straight carry on to carry the extra stuff that I have to pack in. My bags to check it. I'm not sure if I plan to keep this or if I'm going to resell it not worth the money, I paid for it in my eyes..
