Poor Quality
I ordered sandals advertised to provide orthopedic support. They were supposedly on sale for $45. The sandals look and feel like something for which I should have paid $15 at most, and the company is based in China.

The loafers felt lighter than expected
The loafers felt lighter than expected. I wore them out for most of the day and didn’t get that stiff new shoe feeling. They also look clean with both jeans and chinos. Pretty good purchase overall.

Worst clothing I have ever ordered. It’s taken months and months and I still haven’t received two orders and I don’t want them. I wish I read the reviews they look nothing like the pictures. This company is awful they say 12 to 13 business days that’s a lie. The clothes are disgusting they fit horrible they’re made out of cheap material. You are better off going thrift shopping save your money I wasted $500 the worst thing I’ve ever done it’s horrible !

I ordered the loafers without expecting much, but they’re genuinely easy to walk in. No rubbing, no weird stiffness, and they don’t look overly formal. Delivery took a little over a week but everything arrived fine. I’d probably get another pair.

What I received in the mail was not what I ordered. The merchandise was very generic, very low quality, very oversized.
No tags, no packing slip, no way to return.
Very misleading, Jennifer and John masquerades itself as a US company.
EVERYTHING is made in China.

BEWARE shopping with this company…
BEWARE shopping with this company located in China! It’s deceiving because the name looks like the business is in Charleston in the US but that is not the case. I ordered 4 items including 2 pairs of sandals and what | thought was a linen pants and top set. I placed the order on 4/25/26 and I did not receive my package until 5/11/26. I did not like anything! The shoes looked very cheap, the linen fabric of the clothing turned out to be 100% polyester and NOT what was described on the website. Their returns/customer service can be reached ONLY by email so I sent a request on return instructions. I emailed requests several times for several days before getting a reply and return instructions on 6/1/26 and turns out their return center is in China and the buyer must pay the return postage! They also charge a 15% restocking fee so between paying for a package going to China and the restocking fee it’s really not worth sending back my order. I absolutely DO NOT recommend shopping at Jennifer & John Charleston!
