Having visited the store when I was visiting Nantwich the team were very helpful, I then decided to purchase a jumper I had tried on via their online store. Easy site to use, item arrived within two days and the updates were prompt and accurate. Would definitely use again.

Tracking information is provided in the original email so you should have been able to track the parcel every step of the way from the UK to Australia. We would noramlly expect 5 to 10 working days but checking the tracking it appears the item was delivered this morning.
