Im persönlichen 1:1 Coaching helfe ich meinen Kunden dabei, nachhaltig Körperfett zu verlieren, Muskeln aufzubauen und ihre Gesundheit sowie Leistungsfähigkeit zu verbessern, ohne Crash-Diäten oder starre Standardpläne. Die Zusammenarbeit läuft vollständig digital über Video-Calls, meine Coaching-App und persönliche Telefonate, mit individuell angepassten Trainings- und Ernährungsstrategien, die sich flexibel in einen vollen Alltag integrieren lassen. Ziel ist ein fitter, gesunder Körper, den man langfristig halten kann und in dem man sich wohlfühlt.

I had a free initial call on the phone…

I had a free initial call on the phone and was very positively surprised. The conversation was extremely professional, honest and at the same time very likeable. I particularly liked the exchange at eye level - I felt taken seriously and well understood. It was communicated transparently and realistically showed what a collaboration could look like. Even if it was "only" an initial conversation, it left a very knowledgable impression.
