What a great informative and fun day. Ursula was more than helpful throughout and was well supported by Emma and Kitchen staff. The group was friendly and our final food productions were worth the effort. Learnt a lot on kitchen practice and not just about recipes. I hope to attend another course at some point.

I took an excellent class on Greek cooking last weekend. The teacher, Ursula, is very engaged and picked recipes that yielded great results without too much effort. I also appreciate them working with local suppliers and seasonal ingredients, and being mindful of their impact.

We had a fantastic afternoon learning to cook dishes from the beautiful city of Bologna.
Ursula's passion for her craft shone through, and she made sure that our piadine flatbreads, pasta, and amaretti were delicious! She wears her immense knowledge lightly, but she is an astonishingly talented chef.
We used lovely fresh ingredients, in line with the school's Slow Food ethos, and Emma gave great recommendations for local suppliers. The whole team was so friendly, and we enjoyed sharing a meal with everyone at the end.
This was a great present to receive, and I'd highly recommend it as a gift as well as an experience for yourself.

I attended the Gyoza making class, a gift for my birthday, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcome to the Cart Barn was very warm and welcoming. Rie our teacher was very friendly and helpful. There were 6 of us, just right for this sort of class. We all had our own area to prep and cook. Everything was very informal and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this class and would attend another one myself.

I booked the Japanese street food class as a Christmas present for me and my sister and we both loved it! The location is lovely and the class feels professional but relaxed with tea and coffee available and a nice sized class. Our teacher Rie was loved and so friendly and helpful and the food we made was delicious! Would definitely recommend, especially as a gift.

Fantastic morning learning/making food from Bologna; ingredients prepared/portioned for us, fun environment and surprised we accomplished as much as we did in the time. Really enjoyable, will book another course

I really enjoyed my half day cookery course on Marrakesh cookery. The venue was very attractive and everything had been laid out ready for us to cook. The ingredients were very fresh and good quality, sourced from sustainable sources. There was good attention to food hygiene throughout. The group I was with were very friendly, the chef/instructor was clearly passionate about authenticity and he explained things clearly. The food was delicious and I learnt not only about how to cook Marrakesh style food but also gained many handy tips about how to prepare food. I would recommend this fun experience to others.

Me and my partner signed up for the 'A taste of the Middle East' class with Niki. Neither of us are particularly confidant cooks but we had fun learning the recipes along with the group. We achieved a lot in the space of three hours at a relaxed pace and got to enjoy all dishes together at the end. Niki and the team were very supportive and I highly recommend signing up for a class!

I bought the Taste of Marrakesh cookery class as a gift for my daughter, and I am so pleased I joined her! A delightful class, three delicious recipes, good honestly produced food ethos, and passion and knowledge about food far beyond my expectations! I have thoroughly enjoyed the chat and meal afterwards, and, thanks to John's clear, down to earth, structured teaching, I have taken away practical skills and understanding, alongside the 3 recipes, that I will use in my kitchen and cooking. I will certainly be employing the services of a ... Geoffrey from now on!!! Emma offered a wealth of information on ethically sourced food. Her passion for honestly locally produced ingredients is inspiring and infectuous! Everyone in the Cart Shed was welcoming and helpful. Thank you all. I will be looking to book future events and will be recommending the Jericho classes to friends/family.

I did the knife skills course with Jericho Kitchen. Was a lovely experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, good tuition and handy tips. Thoroughly enjoyed it and getting all the stuff we had been practising on cooked up and served to us for lunch was a lovely welcome bonus.
