I work steadily to pay bills, and have less time for my inspirational books. I've got them on my flash. Just fighting hard to bring them on the print.

Little knowledge of computing, has also caused more delay trying to complete a final review on the book for publication.

I have been a premium member for almost a year and it is so useful and excellent value for the price of a few coffees per month. I've been writing for a while and the choice of Jericho courses, events and material all covered by my membership are excellent. The quality is always reliable and I always learn something. I can pick and choose when I get involved and the subjects I pick in line with the issues I am trying to resolve. I have no doubt that my writing and approach has improved enormously as a result. With luck my next novel will not end up in the drawer.

Only been on this course for a couple of weeks and have already learned so much. The self-pacd lessons are perfect. The wealth of knowledge shared is game changing. I highly reccomend this course to anyonewho is still learning the craft.

Rachel is the answer to all inspiring authors ! She answered all my questions to a variety of complex issues. I now feel inspired and have the confidence to continue to write and market my books. Follow up details to the session gave me a blueprint to use later.

I have enjoyed the entirety of this bootcamp. I came at it with a novel that has been drafted behind me but that took me yonks to do. This was so helpful in both a reflective and practical sense for making the next ones easier. I have already started implementing techniques and am feeling the benefit. I have so much enthusiasm for the next step. I can see this being beneficial for people at a lot of different points in their writing career. They're also all so wonderfully friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.

Whatever they seem to do, Jericho Writers are clear, concise and above all comforting. They create confidence and courage, so no-one whatever level they think they're at, they are actually better than that. With relaxed attention to what Jericho Writers say or suggest, they will be better still and at one level or another, will be as good as, if not better than the others. That's how I feel anyway.

Jon Curzon's quick response to my submission was very welcome and a useful guide to clarifying my own thoughts on what I should do next about the manuscript. His advice included steps I had been considering that would make a major difference to my memoir, which is near completion. I will contact Jon for more advice at this stage.

This was my third Festival and easily the best organised. Because so many details had been anticipated, I felt more relaxed and better able to concentrate on making friends and absorbing the superb seminars and talks I attended.
The food, endless snacks and copious chilled water (in a heatwave!) were of a very high standard and the Gala dinner was superb. The Festival staff were invariably friendly and welcoming and everything was laid out intelligently with plenty of space for quiet contemplation. I thoroughly recommend the Jericho Writers' Festival

I recently attended the Festival of Writing weekend in London which was an enjoyable and well organised event. It was a great opportunity to meet other writers and agents as well as attend various sessions offering advice on improving your writing skills and providing insight into the industry.

I joined the Jericho writer's community this year and they have not disappointed! They have loads of resources available to you the moment you register. A whole library of masterclasses and courses, events you can sign up for, agent 121 sessions you can book, and a handful of live, monthly online events and feedback sessions. "With you for every word" — they picked a good slogan.

I (and my writer husband) attended the 2025 London Writers Festival and travelled from Australia to do so.
During the festival attendees have the opportunity to speak with an agent or book doctor in a 1-2-1.
I used a double 1-2-1 booking with the same agent (Laura Williams) and asked if I could record the session. It was the best thing I could have done. Even with cutting through any niceties the double only just allowed time for what she had to tell me and for me to answer her questions. Even then, I walked away not feeling overly enlightened...UNTIL a few days later (after returning to Australia) I listened to the recording. I was mind blown with what had ACTUALLY been discussed vs my memory/emotions and the notes provided.
I feel the ability to take in information agents have in the 1-2-1s is limited as most people are feeling intimidated, nervous, perhaps disappointed with something they've just been told and don't hear much else after, so miss something positive.
Listening to the recording gave context with tone of voice, it reminded me of what had been said-some of which I had no memory of-and it gave me great insight. Had I have been able to take in what was being said to me during our 1-2-1, I would have been elated and maybe I would have stopped listening. My inner self talk often sidetracks me when I am reading or listening to someone and I'm sure a lot of creative people have that same problem/superpower, so recording using 'voice memo' on my phone was the perfect solution.

The festival was fabulous and worth the travel. It was a little different to festivals I've attended and enjoyed around Australia. The workshops and presenters were all very interesting; they discussed different content to what I've heard before and I came away from the festival enlightened and hopefully a better writer.

The Jericho Writers staff kept smiling, were all very helpful and managed to keep the crowds moving, we were in the right place at the right time, and they had all the answers. What a great bunch.

Jericho Writers offers so many resources for my writing needs. The London Festival of Writing was everything I hoped it would be. So many kind people who work for Jericho, which attracted creative, energized, friendly writers who I got to meet.

I attended the London's Writers Festival 2025 and I absolutely recommend it for aspiring authors! I bought the whole week-end ticket, and as a result, had plenty of networking opportunities both with other writers, Jericho staff, agents, and authors. The workshops were insightful, and I can't wait to dive deeper into many of the resources and courses Jericho offers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my day (I attended just the Saturday) at the Writing Festival 2025. The current organisers/director obviously put a great deal of effort into every aspect, which created a positive and supportive atmosphere and great sense of community. I found the one-to-one with the literary agent exceptionally thorough and spot on (and the written notes to take away, very useful). The venue at the Leonardo hotel was rather lovely, quite plush (!) with fantastic catering (with delicious vegan options). I look forward to attending next year's event!

I am new to Jericho Writers and I can already feel the difference it is making. Snippets of information, structure documents that allow you to go deeper inside your characters. You never know what they will reveal to you. The feedback Friday was great fun, the first time I'd put any of my writing in the public domain and it was great to get feedback from my peers. Fully recommend this group of wonderful, creative and helpful people.
