DO NOT USED THIS WEBSITE

I purchased an authentic Adidas football shirt for £90 from jerseybox.net. This is how it is described on their website. Paying £90 you would think you would receive the real thing. However a fake counterfeit shirt arrived. This was clear as the stiching was of inferior quality with threads hanging down. When I complained the company said the shirt was worn and handled badly by myself hence no refund was due.

The only communication available with jerseybox.net is by email. There is no web chat, no phone number, no address or any company details on their website. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG.

Furthermore, they do no use a name when you communicate via email. It's just the JerseyBox Team. They must have something to hide.

PLEASE STAY CLEAR

If you have made a purchase from this company check the shirt product code. It is usually a small tag on or near the collar. For Adidas its the second line on this tag. Google this number with the brand name, Adidas in my case. If Google does not take you to the shirt you purchased, then you have bought a fake counterfiet shirt. The usual product code for a fake counterfeit football shirt is HS5184.

In addition this company has another website with exactly the same layout and products. It is idealjersey.com. Please do not used this website either.
