Placed an order with JERSEYS4ALL on 19th September. Emailed their customer service team on 18 October as I had still not received or heard anything regarding my order. They replied in a timely manner stating that they were actively monitoring my order, the next day I received another email from their “New” head of customer service saying that their orders were delayed due to customs issues, and further stated that all orders would ship next week. It is now the 11-Nov-2024 and I have still not heard anything. I have tried emailing them on numerous occasions as I would like a refund of my goods but it seems like they’re ignoring all communications. I have reported these scammers/fraudsters to trading standards.

Orderd my shirt 15th September and i still have got nothing. 11.11.2024.
The customer service is shit and wont answer, but on the website it says its delivered.
I recomend to stay away from this fraud.

I stumbled upon this website on Instagram and instantly fell in love with its price. I was intrigued by the fact that it was so affordable, but I was skeptical. I decided to proceed with everything, but it was a bit of a hassle. They assured me it would take up to 2 weeks, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it until November I ordered this in August. I had to email them a number of times, but they didn't respond promptly. However, I was pleased with the end result. The quality was excellent, the size was suitable, and I couldn't complain about the delivery. However, the wait was a bit of a challenge.

I ordered nearly two months ago, expected delivery (latest) 21st October. It’s now 3 weeks later and i’ve received nothing! They don’t answer their emails, there’s no phone number and their online chat is useless. Now I have lost nearly £50 and can’t even get a response from them!

Absolute scam do not purchase from this site ...

Avoid jerseys4all. Placed an order to try for the first time and it arrived in about 3 weeks, so I thought to do another order, this time for 3 jerseys. Placed the order on 4th October. Today 9th November still no items delivered. Tracking status still not even showing as In transit. Sent multiple emails to support to inquire about this, no replies received, no phone number to call. Absolute scam especially from all the reviews listed with the same problem. I want my money back. Avoid at all costs!!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.Placed an order first week September and I’m still waiting 9th November.They are sending me repeat emails thinking I’m stupid but yes I am stupid for trusting such a bad company I am only now realising this is a SCAM. £70 down the drain. Why are TikTok people allowed or even willing to advertise this company as this is where I first heard of them. So angry

I have ordered a football shirt on the 4th October 2024 todays date is the 9th November 2024 according to their tracking system was in Transit Oct 09, 2024 02:13 PM and has been like that since, I have emailed them numerous times but they never reply back, accept for the first time when I was enquiring about placing an order (wish I hadn't now)
I feel I have been well and truly Done....
They may be cheap, but anyone can be cheap if you don't get the goods, I would stay well clear of these Rogues.
My next port of call is my Credit Card company to hopefully get my Money back

with the order ready 10th but already in transit the day before

I order my jerseys October 1th and still has not got anything (Today is November 08.), im mad and upset, I am still really existed to get my jerseys, if i get them at all. I worked hard to get the money to buy the shirts, and I thought it would be best to buy from them. I have not felt so scammed in my life. if i get my shirts, I will update you who are reading this, if i dont, then, DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Scammers, avoid. Ordered jerseys on September 14, still haven't arrived. Multiple emails sent for an update without reply. No phone number available to contact them.

Id give no stars if I could!! Ordered on the 09/10/24, and have not received my order. IV tried contacting the company multiple times and get no reply. As a result I had to buy the jersey somewhere else as it was a gift for someone. Don't go near this company they are a scam. They take you Money and you never get the product.

Sept 21st made and order, Nov 7th no item. Was messaged on 18th of October saying its on its way, they must be sending it by snail mail. Terrible! I'm not sure if it's worth trying to contact reading the comments on here. Some say it's a scam some say it's not, 6 weeks after my order I'm starting be believe I've lost my money.

This is a SCAM.

I just wanted to make you aware about this website jersey4all. They are scam, I ordered a jersey for my son 3 months ago but still showing it’s in transit. Please keep yourself away from them. Please don’t buy anything from them. They are scammers. I got scammed £50. I’ve emailed them but they don’t respond.

Terrible company- ordered 3 jersys about 3 weeks ago- delivery said 31st October and still nothing. Both my husband and I have been emailing and no reply. Disgrace they dont even have a phone number. I have reported them to Watchdog but everyone needs to otherwise they wont stop advertising, €110 gone and sons xmass present wont be arriving. So mad!

Made an order on 4th of September for 90s Irish shirt. Had to contact them multiple times and they assured me it would be two more weeks. Then two more weeks. Shirt finally arrived today and for €50 quid it’s pretty good quality. I am happy with it. If they were just honest about delivery times I don’t think people would care as much.

Placed order for my daughter's birthday. Nothing arrived.

Sent them an email and they did answer my first email saying:

"Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
We understand your concern about the shipping status. At the moment, our courier has not provided any new updates. We are actively monitoring the situation and will inform you as soon as we receive more information.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to let us know."

This was on OCtober 11th. I have been sending weekly reminders and they have blocked me.

I have opened a police report.

What a disgraceful service. Made an order on 04th of Sept and paid for Express Delivery. Tracking had a delivery date of Sept 21st -Oct 01st. Still no sign of Jersey and on the Tracking it has not left warehouse. NO RESPONSE from Marie the Robot. 6 Emails sent and got no response bar 1 saying they would sanction the refund but nothing since. Easily th06e worst company i have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. I will also report this page to Fraud but would also strongly encourage any1 to stay away no matter how appealing the product might look like on the Website its just a Scam and i was unfortunatly caught.

A total fake. My son spent all his pocket money on a jersey and was eagerly looking forward to recieving it every day. That was over 6 months ago. Nothing happened. Just blabla emails. Shame on you!
