Ordered the item, it came, too big, refused to allow me to return it or refund me saying that it was my fault I ordered the wrong size. Scam artists.

Do not purchase anything from this company! Easily one of the most dishonest businesses I have ever dealt with. They don't tell you that your purchase is shipping from China. They charged me extra for shipping to receive before Christmas. Two weeks into January, the package arrived. They said they would refund the shipping after the Jersey arrived, but they are ignoring my attempts to reach them!

I ordered three Detroit Lions jerseys at the beginning of September. I got a tracking number shortly after I placed the order, though it didn't work at first. Eventually I was able to track it, and I received a package after about a month. The package only contained two jerseys. I immediately emailed the company and was told that they were going to investigate what happened and make it right. Here we are, over three months later, and it seems the company disappeared from the face of the planet! I have emailed them again several times and haven't gotten another response. Also, my jersey has not come! Terrible company to deal with! Order at your own risk!

i wish I could include pictures of the shoes I received. Ordered New balance miu miu 530 sneakers. There is no phone customer service to speak of. I wanted to cancel the order the next day, they said would be shipped 2-4 days after order. E mail response, it was too late to cancel.

I received the shoes. Cheap fakes. I sent an e mail requesting a return, because on their site there is no return feature. E mail response, no returns accepted only if damaged. I just sent an e mail, telling them the shoes are cheaply made fakes. Glue and holes visible. Despite their claim that they only sell authentic shoes, these shoes are cheap fakes. They said I could not return the shoes, because they are still in transit. Not correct. I received the shoes 2 days ago.
Waiting for a response.

If no return confirmed by the co, I will file a refund claim with PayPal and my credit card co.

This was my first purchase. Based on my experience I cannot recommend the co. No phone customer service, no return policy and selling fake shoes, despite thei e mail assurance that they only sell authentic merchandize.

update:
i sent them pictures showing glue and holes by the seems. Badly made cheap fakes. They are still selling them online.
Jerseyworldpro offered me, after 1 month of going back and forth, a 20% discount. The sneaker is a fake and i am not interested in keeping it. After 1 week no response from the company. I am filing a refund complaint with my credit card co.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

This is a cheap Chinese company pretending to be legitimate. I ordered a Bears, Nike jersey in XXL costing close to £90 start of September. What I received was truly shocking. I have been sent a child size, fake jersey with a couple of badly stitched labels on it.

If anyone has any advice or can help me on how to get my money back and stop them ripping people off then please get in contact.

Spread the word quickly so no one else fails foul of this fraudulent company.

This company is a scam. I wouldn't order anything from them. They gave me a fake tracking number and when I called to find out where the Jersey was that I order they went back and forth with me over who's responsible it was. They are saying that the Jersey was delivered but I can't track a fake tracking number. Then they tell me to go ask my neighbors it they received the jersey. Which I did and no one knew anything about it. It has been about a month since I ordered the jersey and NOTHING.

More than happy with the quality of the shoes and the price, I will recommend and definitely order from them again. Keep in mind it took 18 days but it was worth the wait. Thanks jerseyworldpro.

Bought a pair of jordan 1 low travis' about three weeks back and even though it took a little while (week and a half) to get here, I am very impressed with the service and the price. Would recommend to everyone.

As the reviews were all mixed, I sought advice from the company personally.. they were very kind and happy to help. My partner ordered my jersey from America and my top came from the company's base in China which they advised. My jersey came exactly authentic, in prime condition and in great time. Jerseyworldpro kept on top of the tracking and included my partner where possible as again advised some delivery companys dont provide tracking to the purchaser only the seller.. I would definitely purchase again and would recommend jerseyworldpro. I am very happy with my order. Customer service was top notch by means of assistance and reassuring.. one very happy customer!!.x

I got an email to add more details to my order which showed that the company was keeping track of my purchase. I would just recommend the shipping time to be a little bit faster. It takes way too long to send
