I wish they were all leather
I wish that the top part was just leather not coated with neoprene type material. I suspect that after a while it will wear out. That being said I really like the clogs I just received and plan on wearing them this upcoming winter.

Low quality
I waited nearly two months for the delivery, which was explained when i ordered.
The sandals were too narrow, the leather extremely thin and papery. The buckles were extremely low quality and fastened by a single grommet. You are able to bend the buckle by hand. As malleable as tin.
Overall a disappointment. I placed them back in the box for a return within 5 minutes.

Give them 3-4 days of break-in period and you will LOVE them as much as I do! I ordered EU size 38, typically I wear 7 1/2 in sandals. They fit perfectly. The Honey color is a beautiful, neutral brown that goes with anything. I chose the Good Shepherd Buckle because I wanted something that wouldn't slide off and they don't.Overall, I am super happy with my purchase.

They are FABULOUS
I preordered my pair of clogs and I knew it would take a while to get them. I felt it was taking forever to get them and I contacted customer support. They were absolutely wonderful!!! My rep tracked my order and got back to me right away.
As for my shoes—-they are absolutely wonderful! Not to mention they are sooo comfortable and I love them!
