Complain not answered, trees quite dry
Hi. One star goes for not answering my complain. I sent pictures and I said that at least a discount if the trees were in that shape.
Dried already a good part of them. Not to mention how tiny and sad they are.
Maybe you'll answer now if I rate my experience.
