Good delivery and communication, bad plants
Delivery is fast and effective and communication is good. However, the plants are not always healthy.
With a previous order, a clematis arrived in a sick condition and died shortly after delivery. It was refunded and communication was good. A tree was sent that had almost no rootball, which was concerning given the size of the plant. It required a lot of extra care to have it survive the first season.
With this order, two boxwood balls arrived with an extreme amount of powdery mildew and will likely end up being discarded. It's surprising they were not checked before being sent.
With three out of three orders having had problems, the quality control at Jespers Planteskole seems to be lacking and I don't recommend ordering from them until something improves.

I am sorry to hear, that you have experiencen issues with several different orders.
Clearly, it should not be like that.
Regarding the last items, i have noted on your orders that we have extended the guarantee on these items, so if you have to discard them we will send new ones or credit them. But please remember to take pictures, before doing this.

You should ask me again in about 6 years when the plants start bearing fruits :)
But your service was very good. The roots of all my plants were in good health.
There was one tree that wasn't perfect, and other companies would have probably not sent it. But I am happy you sent it to me :) It will be a weird tree when it grows but it will be a good tree.

Easy to order, and always delivers in a good time frame, i have ordered form them many times and all the plants are very strong and coninue to thrive. if they are late or need more time they are extrememly good at communicating. I have called them with garden questions and they are always informative nad welcoming. i will contiue to shop with them. Very reliable

Very bad
I ordered 12 plants. All of them are very small and 6 of them are in very bad shape, I don't think they will survive the winter. It seems they sent me the plants that were impossible to sell in the shop. Very disappointed. I paid a lot of many for very, very bad quality. 👎
