Jeg kan kun beklage den lange leveringstid. Vi har været presset i lang tid, men har netop i denne uge gået tilbage til uge-til-uge levering, så vi har virkelig gjort en indsat for at få bragt leveringstiderne ned.

Plants received in poor health/dead
The plants I received (Crab apple trees) were in poor health, possibly dead, since they were delivered without leaves or blossoms in late spring and the few buds there were on the plant looked dried out. I have telephoned them and followed up with a complaint email with photos (now a week ago), but I still have not had a reply.
Update 01-06.23: Anders did indeed follow up with me on my complaint, offering to replace the plants but has instead given me a full refund at my request. Of course, it was disappointing to receive the plants in poor health, but Jesper's Planteskole have been very professional in their handling of my complaint and I have therefore amended my rating from 1 to 2 stars.
